Worst attitude!!

I and my friend with two children went here last night and the time was 8:50. Even before we tell the girl what we wanted she started showing her face and said that they are closing and nothing is available other than juice. So I had to ask her then why wasn’t it mentioned that they close at 8:50 instead of 9. And she with her mad face and very bad attitude asked me to order. After I ordered, she was showing her bad attitude in her body language and another girl who was nice with her smiling face came and made me feel good so before leaving I mentioned about the other girl to the good one and told her that’s disappointing. then this one came and started arguing and she lied that she didn’t do that and also they both were talking in their own language which is so disrespectful. And she refused to give her name or employee Id. It’s ok if they are closing and want to stop taking orders before 10 or 15 mins of closing but there is a way to say that. No politeness or right attitude with that girl towards customer which really made me to write this. Since she refused to give her name so I mentioning here that she looked lean and I always see her in the evenings before closing. And with her bad attitude she made a worst mango slush with aloe jelly. It was just basically water with lots of sugar. $12 gone...

This place is just aweful in so many ways! I went there and asked for a chocolate bubble tea and the lady asked me slushy or juicy. I said slushy, then charged me 5.65?! I was hoping it would be good but when she was making it , it seemed really watery and I said "uhm I am pretty sure I said slushy." She looked at me and said oh well it's too late now, and I asked her to just add more ice or something and she still said it was too late ... to add ice ?! The costumer service here is disgusting, the drink tasted like powdered cold hot chocolate with tapioca bubbles. It was absolutely gross! My friend who was with me got Banana and we just took a few sips and threw it straight in the garbage. What a waste of $10 for the two bubble teas and we ended up just feeling sick for the rest of the day. I have just experienced worst moment just few minutes ago I was with my friend she ordered one juice and one smoothie after taking order she saw the all three working girls not wearing gloves which is totally health concern when she asked her regarding that issue the girl with specs told her it's not important to wear gloves while making juices and smoothies. I totally shocked on that moment means it's doesn't matter it's juice court or food court it's important to wear gloves while making any drinkable or eatable things. We have seen newly juice center opposite to real juice these all staffs wear gloves while making orders which is quite good. I hope this issue will be solved as soon as possible and manager should trained the girls to follow food safety protocols...
