On Thursday July 10th myself and my co-workers were there for dinner

I arrived later and a friend had ordered a pitcher and an extra glass. When I arrived she poured me a glass. After 15 minutes Rachel came by to take drink orders. She saw that I had a drink and asked where I got it. I said that a friend ordered a pitcher and a extra glass. She then said "Are you sure about that?"

She also made comments throughout the evening that were not necessary. Such as" if everyone is not ready to order I'm not taking orders till everyone is ready" "This is a large group and your food will take a long time "

My order was a pitcher of somersby and a buffalo chicken wrap.When I received my bill I was charged for a pint of somersby, a pitcher of somersby and a buffalo wrap. I mentioned to her that my bill was wrong and reconfirmed what I ordered she then abruptly grabbed it from me and stormed off. When she brought my revised bill back it was still incorrect. She then said out loud and very rudely "Someone ordered a pint of somersby and didn't pay" She then gave me my 3rd bill with the correct order. She never apologized once or made any effort to correct the situation in a professional way.

A few other people had incorrect bills as well and were treated the same way.

As we were sitting and finishing our drinks she started to clean the table and took away drinks that people were still finishing and food that people were still eating. She never asked anyone if they...

TLDR; Great pizza, good prices and atmosphere, but service and cleanliness could be improved.

We arrived on a busy Saturday evening. It took a while for someone to greet us and provide menus despite waving the servers down numerous times... Only after a table that arrived after us was served first, were we then finally greeted.

They have a daily pizza and pitcher special that easily serves 4 people for around $30. Once we ordered, the drinks and food arrived fairly quickly but I did notice a hair on my glass. I'm not too particular about this as I've had beers in dingier places, but that would probably not be okay with any customer... Other than that, the service was friendly once we were acknowledged.

As for food, the pizza was freshly baked and delicious and had an abundance of thick sliced toppings and lots of cheese. I can see why it is their special.

Washrooms were also surprisingly good despite the hair incident and business of the location. I'm going to pass this place off as it was very busy and an off night for them. All the locals seemed quite happy and gave the place a lively vibe.

Fast service on a busy Friday and our server was super friendly. Place was packed! We ordered their pizza and pitcher combo for $27.99 comes with plates, parm/pepper flakes and beer. We also ordered wings. Now, you can do half and half toppings but they do charge for more than 3 toppings, which we weren't told, so that would have been nice to know. We were also told that we could get any beer in a pitcher as part of the deal, but weren't told that you have to pay extra for certain ones. The pitcher does come with frosted glasses - big fan of those. The pizza was okay. Crust was a little thin, and while I do like thin crust, when I want that I will specifically order that, so it was a bit of a let down. There was not enough sauce on the pizza, kind of skimpy on toppings, crumbly bacon vs strips, and to be honest the pizza was dry and overdone. The wings here are very good; saucy, good size, about 8 in a pound, and come with carrots/celery and dipping sauce. There are some bar games here to play if you'd like (darts & pool).
