I will never be coming back to any toppers pizza, heres why.
I have been going here for YEARS for the last year and a half or more i have been getting dill pickle cheesy sticks, at first i would always get a large but i cannot eat it all and it was about 19 $ I asked them if i can get it personal size and it started out like "no we cant do that" like excuse me??!!
I had to basicly beg and plead and fight them just for the ability to order a smaller size... Even after coming in so often that theyve remembered my order more often then not i recieve them not cut properly so i have to go back in, cheesy sticks get cut down the middle and in strips easy to dip and eat, when i get my personal they ask if i want it cut the same and i say yes and pretty much rotualisticly at this point recieve the personal without the middle cut leaving these long messy strips, today this happened again and instead of bothering them because we have built up a reputation i try to cut it with exacto knife in my car burn myself and make a mess of the pizza.
Not to mention the fluctuating prices, when i first got my personals he was discounting me which i was unaware of 7$ something, eventually he told me he had stop discount which i had no idea about, seems to think because i said i couldnt afford a big one meant i needed some help which isnt the case, im a single guy and live alone and cannot finish a large or a medium, after that it was 11$ but sometimes when an older lady is working it comes up to 17$ i swear she charged me for a large even tho i was given a personal just because you have to punch it into the machine a certain way and she doesnt know how or doesnt remember.
I hate the feeling going in there, its like "am i actually gonna get what i want to pay for today?"
The food is great, as long as youve been blessed by god himself and open up the pizza box and actually see what...
Read moreWe have been ordering from Toppers on many occasions. They're pizza is really good and I am allergic to pork and they have turkey pepperoni as an alternative.
However, twice the online ordering system has failed us and clearly has a glitch. NYE 2015 we ordered a large pizza online and the delivery driver arrived with a small. We called the store and the person working argued with us and insisted that we ordered a small when we did not. He was incredibly rude and didn't care about the issue at all.
Since then other orders made online have been delivered correctly. We placed an order for 3 larges on June 7th and were delivered 2 large and one small. This time I sent an email to head office explaining the frequent errors and that the online ordering system clearly has a glitch. I was offered a $5 credit on my next order and in a condescending way it was implied that there is nothing wrong with the system. I declined this offer. $5 on their very expensive prices isn't a huge incentive.
Next I received an email from Jack Mayes, the franchise owner. It was beyond narcissistic and rude. Blame clearly placed upon me and that the $5 credit was done as an "act of good customer service". After reading other reviews both from this location and locations in other cities it is evident that the $5 credit is standard for their screw ups and bad customer service and rudeness is reported at many locations, not just in KW. I have since added their emails and phone numbers to auto reject. I have no desire to give my business to such...
Read moreI do NOT recommend this place. Arguably the worst customer service experience I have ever received! I had ordered the two pizza deal on Monday evening with an apple crumble pizza. I had ordered through an app that had stated that Toppers Pizza has their own delivery team and to monitor the time of expected arrival. No problem as there are very clear and concise instructions with my order to call me when they arrive so that I can meet them outside as there is no public access to my building. There was no call. As it was snowing that night, I waited an extra 30 minutes before calling the store to find out when I could expect delivery. It was an 800 number and that person told me that the order had just left the store. I then waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. I decided to have a look for myself and then went to the entrance of my building and there was my order. Outside in the snow! Who knows how long it had been there! The pizza was obviously cold. It is obvious to say that the $50 spent on cold pizza in...
