CHEVRON REVIEW - My husband and I used my credit card to pay at the pump ($30) Chevron. We then left and proceeded to another retailer to purchase groceries and my credit card was declined. I knew that I should have had available funds and immediately checked my credit card usage online. My credit card usage stated that Chevron had taken $100 from my card. We immediately went back over to Chevron to resolve the situation. My husband started off by explaining what happened and she printed off the receipt instantly placed the blame on him and insisted that it was his fault and that he must have done something wrong. She also went on to say that we would get the difference refunded back to our card within 4 business days and we would just have to wait. She did not offer any assistance nor did she explain WHY the money was taken off my card or WHY it would be held. Her attitude was arrogant, snobby and rude. She also tried to confiscate the receipt from us. My husband was not happy with this lack respect in front of customers. When we asked to speak to the manager she told us to leave. We left and after we got outside 3 other customers approached us and said that she has been rude to them on several occasions as well.I immediately contacted my credit card company and they stated that all the cashier had to do was call them and notified them as to what happened and they would have made the adjustments.I tried to call Chevron and file a complaint but they do not have a telephone customer service desk and they stated that the only way to file a complaint is via the website (which does not function). I then contacted the Manager and explained to him what happened, his employees attitude, and what she SHOULD have done. And he said he would speak to her about it.My husband went there today she called the manager out and both of them verbally ganged up on my husband in the middle of the store. Apparently being a cashier at a gas station for 9 years reserves you the right to treat paying...

Disgusting burger. Served cold. I asked for no pickles, but they thought I needed one anyways and gave me one wrapped on my burger. The lettuce looked days old. And the tomato was mushy. I asked for extra tripple o sauce, and the girl said that unless I purchased a drink or fries, it would be an extra charge. Are you kidding me?? Your entire business is based on tripple o sauce. Your charging me extra for a little bit more on an already over priced burger??
Never again will I purchase from here. Save your money and palate... head down the road a bit and hit Red Robin's. Not only is the customer service way better, but the food is excellent and their burgers are always AWESOME!
Take your disgusting overpriced burger and stick it. I will also be writing to White Spot, as they need to know that this Tripple O's are damaging the reputation of their "Legendary" burger.
Sad as I like to support local and BC based businesses as much as I can. But NEVER AGAIN.
