Late Night Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Markham

We came here for the first time on a weekend early at night so it was not that busy. I heard alot about this place and we decided to give it a try.

The place is located on Yonge st past Steeles ave, within World of Yonge center.

Its a cozy and cute place, although not very spacious but the decore is pretty appealing with a mix of modern and antique vibe.

They serve drinks and have music on always. Also, they have live music as they said on weekends. There is a few seats and tables for dine in, but seems like they have more take out service than dine in.

We came here for the persian style pizza and it did not disappoint. We ordered a late night special pizza which is the same as pizza Makhsoos. We also did a tongue sandwich recommened by the owner.

I really liked the pizza, as it was pretty close to persian style. The toppings were fresh and the cheese pretty decent. The bread was cooked to perfection and it was thin crust. However, I still feel like there is room for improvement. The persian pizza must be thicker on the top and more cheesy.

The sandwich also, was very fresh and delicious. It was a regular beef sandwich and it tasted fresh. Recommended by the owner as their special, it did the job but there is still room for improvement with more seasoning and a special sauce.

The owner was super friendly and nice. He greeted us very warmly and welcoming as if we are regular customers. He was super chill and hepled us order and recommended the specials.

The parking is underground and is free as part of the shopping center they are located in.

Overall, the service was amazing and the food was delicious. The reason for my five star is the owner and his warm hospitality. The food was really delicious but still has room to claim the best persian pizza...

Was craving for pizza and came across this place with really good reviews so visited. Ordered Beef veggie pizza (medium), chicken wings and garlic bread with cheese. We had an issue with our order which we were able to resolve by calling the owner who took our feedback in a very positive way and took good care of us. I would still like to make a few suggestions; the service staff taking the order did not understand English very well and had to call someone else to translate for them. I found this to be challenging as I could not explain her my customizations or the issues I had with my order. Chicken wings how they are shown in their menu and what came out is completely opposite. The size of the wings was way smaller, overcooked and were very dry. So definitely dont recommend those. Superbly sweet manner of the owner and the staff in concert with their skillful cooking leaves you with no choice but to keep going back there. Update June 26-2023: we were not aware of this, until today when our son's school sent home his school crafts and drawings as souvenir of the finished school year. In the attached drawing, students were asked to draw on a fun place they visited during the winter break. My son drew on his visit to the Late Night Pizza Bar. On the photo, the green dots represent the disco light work in the shop, on the right a burger and on the left a pizza, and people are dancing.
