Alright gonna be a long one but I wanna do say I love chucks as a company and been going since I was in university. So recently we been going to Milton and haven’t had any issue until last night. So it was hectic night I can tell, it was very busy but I want to say the waiters and waitress held it down. I want to talk about the management not sure who I spoke with but the man with blue collar t shirt with his friends at the bar sitting and slouching on the seats was apparently the owner or manager. So when the waitress had put the shots that we ordered, half plastic shot glass was on the edge of the table and it wasn’t her fault at all, busy night like I said and we didn’t notice and right when she walked away it fell. We went over to the waitress and she said yes we’ll fix that for you but the owner/manager denied it saying no we can’t do that, you will have to buy another shot. Back and forth we went for a bit until I realized it’s not worth it as he is just sitting at the bar with his friends and slouching and not seeming very professional at all. When we give business we would hope you would have some judgement that we aren’t trying to play you or the business when we already spent $80 of food and drinks. It’s called meeting the middle and exceeding customer expectations. When I was speaking to him, didn’t give me any professionalism or empathy when discussing the situation. I do think this is a great location for chucks but we need to figure out how to represent the chain in Milton with management that provide more understanding and empathy with professionalism instead of slouching back on the chair at the bar. Read moreHonestly I have been to different Chuck’s in different locations and all of them were fantastic!! Except Milton’s one. It is a real disappointment! I thought it will be good because it is a new location but I was mistaken and would never go there again.
We got there and there was no one waiting at the front to seat us. We waited like few minutes then the person who her job is only to be at the front to seat people was in the kitchen stuffing her face with food. She did not even get herself covered before she leaves her spot. That was first impression about the place.
They have $7 30oz beer on Tuesdays, so we ordered it and it tasted like beer mixed with water. I literally felt like drinking water. That is number 2 disappointment.
we ordered food, first appetizers and it was boneless chicken wings and it came out warm!! How?? So I am assuming it was cooked and nobody picked it up till it was warm/cold. And did not tase good at all. Another disappointment.
Main course: it was pepper corn steak and Omg!!! I love pepper corn steak, everytime I got to a different chuck’s I never get disappointed, but this location in Milton disappointed me baaaadly!! I always order My steak always medium well. This one came very very well done, dry, barely any seasoning on it “barely pepper corn or cheese” , and it was warm as well!!!!! Like seriously?? Sorry to say that but it was disgusting! I told the waitress already and she apologized! I know it is not her fault so i was not mad at her. If you ask me if i will go again? The answer is no! Read moreMy family and I were very disappointed with the service we received this evening . We started with an appetizer and everything seems perfectly fine until we had to order our main dish. We had ordered two steaks, some chicken wings, and some fish tacos. During the whole time we were at the table, no one had asked us if we wanted a refill. We were not even provided with cutlery as I myself had to grab it for my family and a table that was beside us and our menus were never cleared from the table. my older son received his chicken wings ,five minutes after I received my steak. My other son received his steak five minutes later and my spouse received her fish tacos five minutes after my son. this just ruins the whole dinner atmosphere whenever everyone receives their meals five minutes apart ,no reason as to why my wife should have to wait 20 minutes after to receive her meal not to mention that at no point in time did anyone ever ask us if we wanted a refill or even offered us any napkins. I had asked one of the servers if she could kindly get us a glass of water and some napkins ,10 minutes later still no water and no napkins as we just watched her speak to someone on her cell phone the whole time ,I simply went up to the bar and asked for a glass of water myself. I want to make it clear no one was ever disrespectful or rude and the food was perfectly fine, but I would’ve been better off just ordering food at home.
