I have been wanting to try Burger Factory for a very long time. We decided to dine at the one at 265 Main Street East. The Downtown Milton location of this restaurant is ideal. Parking is scarce, however, because the customer parking spots are shared between other businesses within the plaza.

I found the menu somewhat confusing at first glance. It was explained to me by the employee who then went on to take my order. The burger patties here are a generous 5oz in weight. Hamburgers and cheeseburgers with one, two, or three patties are available. What's unique about this place is that they also offer patties that are stuffed with cheddar or mozzarella cheese. Burger Factory allows their customers to totally customize their orders with their long list of complimentary and additionally-priced toppings.

We ordered a Machine (double cheeseburger) and a Juicy Lucy (single hamburger with a cheese-stuffed patty). The Juicy Lucy was definitely juicy. It was unique, flavourful, and delicious. I would recommend it. The Machine, by comparison, was boring. The meat was dry. The buns of both were nothing to write home about. Some of the toppings did not seem fresh. I was not a fan of their lettuce. Instead of regular fries, we ordered a cheese fries and a poutine. The poutine was one of the best that I've had in recent memory. It was well worth the upgrade. The gravy and the cheese curds were perfect. The cheese fries, however, were beyond disappointing. The sauce looked and tasted like plastic. In both sides, their fresh-cut fries were great.

After spending $54.20 on two combos, I did not like when the prompt on the payment machine asked me if I would like to leave a tip. It's always an awkward moment when an employee watches the customer skip through those prompts. The staff were friendly. The dining room didn't feel particularly warm or inviting. It wasn't noticeably clean and the kitchen didn't look very clean either.

Burger Factory would be a great place to go if I had to eat halal meat for religious reasons. For me, I don't think I'll be back. There are better burgers out there at much lower prices. If I lived or worked nearby, I wouldn't be opposed to returning. I just would not make the trip to come back again. My experience was fine, but it was far from...

Burger with a combo (Lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, mustard, and their own sauce) Not good at all.. its all sloppy. Ordered their poutine but it’s salty, i think it’s the sauce that is salty.. it’s not just me whose complaining that its salty but my mom and brother had a taste of it too.. ordered their utility beef with cheese and onions..they placed it in a bun and doesn’t really look appetizing to me. The bread is mushy and could say that the bun they’re using is cheap. It doesn’t taste good at all. Paying for the utility burger alone for like $10.99 plus tax is not worthy. Better grab yourself a burger from mcdonalds...

We got a combo order for the burger. It was our first time there. Nobody told us that we can just grab a drink from the cooler when it’s combo. When we took the order and get inside the car. Didn’t realize that there isn’t any drink inside the bag so we went inside and ask for it. Crew said that we’ll just have to get it from the cooler..

I think the only one that we like is the twisted fries.. might probably try their funnel cake in the future. But will never try the burger and...

Literally top 3 worst service moments I have ever received. I order here at least 2-3 times a week, I call in and for simplicity I give the name Sam. I always call in, because the place gets busy sometimes and Im usually in a rush. Didn't receive my order for 45 minutes. Called in lady over the phone said it'll be ready in 10. Got in and it was a zoo, totally understandable, the other associate also a women told me it'll be ready soon. Wait 15 minutes, the same associate who told me it'll be ready soon asked what's the order under, I let them know, didn't receiving anything. Wait 15 minutes, same associate asks again, what's your order number to which I replied I called in a, still didn't receive anything. 45 minutes go by I ask what's happening with my order its been 45 minutes, your order was ready a while ago, did you tell anyone? I was about to blow up in the middle of the store but I withheld. The same girl who asked me that asked about my order twice really had the audacity to ask me if I had told anyone... really? What about telling you twice? Will not be visiting this...

This little place tucked between a coffee shop and a Shoppers Drug Mart is AMAZING. Don't be fooled by the size of the outside, it's spacious and has plenty of booth and chair seating. There's a single restroom available as well. The quality, taste and portion size is perfect for the price you pay. You have an option of purchasing the main course by itself or "making it a combo" for an extra $2.99+. There's also a good selection of side dishes if you don't want a combo. There's also a funnel cake dessert for $5.99 where you can add 3 different topping options starting at $1.99 (ice cream, strawberries and/or chocolate sauce). Overall, our experience today was spot on. The food was so tasty, the portions were perfect and the atmosphere was inviting and simple.
