Loyal Gino’s customer for 30+ years. Last two orders we received a soggy mess of a pizza. Pizza boxes should not be dripping with water or condensation. Spent over $60 on three pizzas and two out of three were completely unedible. Called the store to discuss the issue. I was told that I have to call the call center. Called the call center and spoke to Karl. He told me that because we had drinks and dipping sauces and the other pizza was OK, that we would still have to pay over half the amount of the original total. That is completely unacceptable. I’m not paying 30+ dollars for a cheese pizza. I told them that they can come and get it all (all three pizzas drinks and dipping sauces ) because we cannot eat as a group. I was told that the store was too busy to pick it up and that I had to pay. I’m not sure how that is my problem and why I need to be penalized by paying for something that we are not able to consume. After a lengthy and heated debate, Karl agreed that we would not be charged. Actually he said the credit card had not even been processed yet so not to worry we wouldn’t need to pay. Now, days later the credit card shows the transaction is still there. It is really a shame that this business has gone downhill in that they are allowing this type of service especially in today’s economy. I do not recommend this company for the fact that they do not support The customer experience in the end. What I will remember most about my dealings with Gino’s in recent months is not the poor product but the treatment that we’ve received.
Upstate - as of August 27 almost one week later I have not heard anything from the store or head office. I have contacted them on Facebook messenger every day and the social media manager keeps telling me that they have forwarded my message. Buyer beware, if you ever have an issue with this company know that you will never hear from them or get your money back.

Read moreOrders online at 6:27 pm, received confirmation that my order was sent to the store. Waited 30 minutes and went to the store to pick it up. We arrived and they said they had not got the order. So they would just be starting it and we waited. Since we were going to have to wait anyway we ordered additional items, which were going to take a little longer than the pizza. We ordered boneless bites with honey garlic. Got the order home to find there was no honey garlic for the bites. I called the store and the person on the phone said that they explained to my parents the honey garlic was on the side. I said that’s not the issue, we didn’t get any sauce for the bites. He then proceeded to justify the error with me saying that they didn’t get the order from online, and that we added to the order and this is what created the issue. As someone who has worked in a restaurant, your job is to provide the service, adhere to your franchise standards. It’s is the second time we have had this similar issue. He even said we are not super human. Wasn’t expecting that, but the ability to take a food order and get it correct when there is only 3 items on it after waiting an hour. I wouldn’t expect it to have that many issues.
They need to do better and take accountability for their mistakes. Not even an offer or compensation or anything like that. Just a bunch of excuses...

Order the "Favourite Slice" at (only) $3.99 and you will be astonished. The Hawaiian and the Pepperoni/Bacon/Mushroom combo come with thick layers of ooey-gooey mozzarella and it is superbly delicious. Check the pics - it is as good as it looks.
The owners are on first name basis with most of their faithful clientele and there's a lot of 'em. Something has 'em coming back.
That Indian lady doesn't suffer fools so be nice to her, as you should, and she will pay it forward. The first time I met her I asked for chili pepper flakes on my Hawaiian slice and she put banana ring peppers by mistake instead. Do you know what? Returned to my table to mock, 'stayed to rock. It was delectable! Is she The Pizza Whisperer?
Yes, to agree with another reviewer I don't remember any Gino's Pizza offering slices this good.
