⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Forever Fan of Boba Shack Mississauga (Erin Mills)! I can’t say enough good things about Boba Shack at Erin Mills — this place is truly a hidden gem and an absolute favorite of mine! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and kind service. The staff here are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about your experience. They always listen to even the smallest details of your order and make sure everything is just the way you like it and it always is!

A special shoutout to my favorite server, Maria — she’s absolutely amazing! She always remembers exactly what I like in my order and gets it right every single time. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude truly make the experience extra special. That said, every staff member I've encountered has been kind, efficient, and welcoming. it’s clear the whole team takes pride in what they do.

The food is consistently amazing, and honestly, better than most big-name fast food chains — and cheaper! I especially love that it’s a family-owned business, which shows in the way they treat their customers like family! Everything tastes fresh, never frozen, and the fact that it's halal and made to order just makes it even better.

My absolute favorites? The burgers (SO good!) and the lychee bubble tea the perfect combo! But they also offer a great variety, including different types of chai, which is a rare and awesome touch.

Another huge plus: they have some of the best specials, both in-store and on Uber Eats, and they even have a loyalty program where you earn points toward free items every time you order. Such a nice bonus!

The restaurant itself is always clean, welcoming, and super kid-friendly, with fun games to play while you wait. It’s a safe and enjoyable spot to hang out, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or spending time with family.

Honestly, I’ve become a loyal customer for life. The quality, service, value, and positive vibes at Boba Shack are unmatched. Huge shoutout to Maria and the amazing team  keep up the fantastic work, Team BB...

WOW Bubble tea & Burgers! This was my 1st visit as I noticed this place being opened recently here in the this plaza. I decided to grab a quick bite for takeout as I saw their ad of Steak on Fries on their window and looked good and the place is halal. It was great and quick service. I took my order and when I opened the order I was expecting a larger box since there was a choice of order as either regular or you can also order Large size. To my finding I felt seeing the box I wouldn’t say as large size since I paid for large size I felt that was not what I paid for. When I got the takeout bag it was large bag so I was quite happy that this would fulfill me up. Anyway that was the only part and my truth feeling that if I am paying for a large portion than I would expect a good large portion box since it is being charged close to $20! When I opened the box and saw my food and I was quite impressed though again the portion looked not large but my steak and fries was really good as perfect to the taste with all the sauces etc ❤️I will go to try other stuff there again and see how their portions are as taste wise so far it was very good but I wasn’t happy for the portion size as for my order it’s not I was getting full steak and fries so that is the only disappointment part was...

This was my first time trying Boba Shack, and I was genuinely impressed! The customer service was top-notch, shoutout to the three kind ladies working today. Maria at the counter was very nice and helpful while I decided on my order.

I tried the Jalapeño Cheddar Smashed Burger, and it was fantastic. The sesame chicken sandwich was good, although the chicken breast felt thin and possibly pre-frozen rather than made fresh.

My most important feedback, which I also shared in-store, is regarding portion sizes and pricing. Two small burgers and a small and large drink came to $40, which felt high, especially with no sides like fries included (when it should’ve been closer to $30 after tax).

I understand the business is still new, and I truly hope the owners take this feedback into consideration. Especially in terms of portion sizes and more...
