Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Mississauga

VERY COLD PIZZA. Ordered the pizza for pick-up online for immediate pick-up at my closest Pizza Nova store (2.1 km or 6 minute drive from home). Was given 25 to 30 minute time to pick up it up. A few minutes later called the number for the pizza store to add an order of wedges. However call went to the call centre. I ordered the wedges but they (call centre) said it would be an additional 15 minutes for the order to be ready. I arrived 30 minutes after I originally placed the initial order online, around the time the original order should have been ready for pickup as per the online app. The Pizza and Wedges were already done waiting on top of the pizza oven. I went straight home with the food and we went to eat it right away. But the pizza was very cold. Pizza Nova does make a good pizza at this location but the pizza was obviously done well ahead ahead of the time given on the Pizza Nova app. Obviously never order a pizza from these pizza chains for pickup unless you can speak to the store directly to order and know when they will have the pizza or food ready so it will not be cold as the online App and call center experiance is poor with Pizza Nova when it comes to their pick up...

I went here with my 2 kids 6 and 10 yr old to order build your own large pizza. The service level was pathetic. I couldn’t get the reps name, old man grey hair, expression and conversation brimming with sarcasm, my 10 yr old said ‘he had disrespect in his eyes’. Probably took 2 mins to order the build your own, I asked the kids what would they like. I ordered only 3 toppings … when I asked will it take 10 or 15 mins, he said you took 25 mins to order and expect it in 10 mins ? I had to remind him that I’m his customer and to watch the way he is talking to me. If you are the owner pls shut down your shop, if employee then the owner should...

I've been.ordering from the glen erin and Britannia store and order extra cheese x2 and never receive even close to what I consider even extra cheese... I found this store and ordered this weekend past... they put a lot of cheese... I was very satisfied and for once in a long time, felt I got what I paid for.... they were cheap with the bacon.... hopefully my next order will have enough of both, but definitely satisfied for the first time in ages with the amount of cheese.
