This place is AMAZING! They well come and treat you like a family member with alot of patience and smiles . They cater to each of your needs. Their smile and their attentiveness to you is just out of this world and sooo friendly that you don’t feel like leaving the place . The BEST BEST Shawarma on Saj is out of this world! We had the mix Shawarma on Saj and I am not kidding both the meats chicken and beef are so juicy and in my 46 years of being in Canada , I have never tasted such a juicy meat on Shawarma ! My wife who had never eaten meat shawarma in her life as she always said every time she looked at them , they looked dry meat inside. When I 1st bought it 4 days ago coming there from a doctors office I was soooo hungry and I ordered it. When she saw me eating, I said to her this is out of this world and you must try as the meat is the most juiciest that I have never had it before! Guess what she took a small bite and she fell in love. After that we have been pestering my son and our daughter-in law and finally took them today. Let me tell you 1 thing about me and my family - we are very picky eaters when it comes to good . Today when they had their bites of shawarma , me and my wife were just starting for the reaction on their faces and VOILA! Bang ! They couldn’t believe that we were sooo correct about the juicy and tastiness of the Shawarma here as through our drive they kept on saying there is no way of what we were saying was true but they LOVED it too. They are already aiming to go there again before we even got home hahaha. BUT truly the ambiance, staff and the food is totally AMAZING. Thank you...

An Absolutely AMAZING Experience at Shah Karahi & Grill!**

I had the pleasure of dining at Shah Karahi & Grill this past Thursday, and it was genuinely an AMAZING experience from start to finish!

We ordered the Naan Karahi and Chicken Tikka Legs, and both dishes were simply outstanding. The flavors were incredibly rich, authentic Paksitani food cooked to perfection. The karahi had that beautiful depth of spice and tenderness you dream about, and the Chicken Tikka Legs were succulent, smoky, and perfectly charred.

But the star of the show, besides the incredible food, was Chef Bilal! The way he crafted the karahi and chicken showcased real skill and passion. It wasn't just food; you could taste the dedication. And let's talk about the Lohori Naan – it was phenomenal! Fresh, fluffy, slightly crispy on the outside, and the perfect vehicle for scooping up that delicious karahi gravy. Absolute perfection! Beyond the incredible food: Great Price: The value for money was excellent. The portions were generous, and the quality far exceeded the price point. Excellent Service:** The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Service was prompt and efficient.

No, this review is not about food, service, or ambience, but something way beyond all that, something that SHOULD be really and sincerely complimented. And I am so thrilled that quite a few reviewers before me saw the same thing I did - a largely ignored concept in our self-focused, it's-all-about-me-lives - a business establishment's social consciousness and corporate responsibility. I was at Iqbal Foods on a weekday and happened to park close to this new Shawarma place called 'Shah Grill...'. Middle Eastern places are pretty common now, so another new place opening up is not exactly news. What was new was a rough, a seemingly hand-made poster stuck to their entrance - see the picture I am posting. Amazing! Good job Mr. Shah! I walked in with my wife to not eat, but only to congratulate the staff. The only thing spoiling the impact was the response I got from one of the team. On being asked what can I get 'free' as promised, the lady said " a wrap". Not bad. But I wish that is what the poster at the entrance had spelt out - a free wrap, not 'free dining'.
