Disappointing Experience - Stingy Customer Service.
While the name is “Premium” their customer policy is nothing but “Cheap, frugal & stingy”.
I recently visited this location & was thoroughly unimpressed with the level of customer service I received. The store's atmosphere was already lacking, but the real disappointment came when I made a purchase.
Despite my bulk purchase over $150, the girl at the counter Ms. Sandeep (Sandy) who introduced herself as a Manager was seemed overly concerned with pinching pennies. I requested her for a simple paper wrap on "just one" of the boxes as a complimentary. Despite my request, she was adamant & wanted an extra $1-2 in the name of her “store’s policy”. To make matters worse, the checkout process with Ms. Jill was slow & inefficient.
It not only reflects poorly on her attitude but also the store owner's stingy policy for not allowing even this little discretion to the store manager.
The store is seemingly, more interested in cutting costs than providing a smooth & enriching customer experience. All this, even as it continues to charge far higher than its counterparts, apparently so, with a self conceited arrogance & stuck-up pompousness.
Overall, I left feeling frustrated & undervalued as a customer having brought from this store for the last time. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a satisfactory shopping experience.

Read moreI ordered from this restaurant through UberEats, and soon after placing my order, I got a call from the restaurant saying the item I ordered wasn’t available because their supplier hadn’t delivered it. They told me to cancel the order, which I did immediately.
Despite that, I was still charged for the order. UberEats’ explanation was:
“Premium Sweets & Restaurant (Erin Mills) had already started your order, so you were charged for the food.”
This makes absolutely no sense — how can they start preparing an item they don’t even have? The restaurant also claimed they can’t cancel orders from their side, which is a blatant lie.
It feels like this place is running a scam — taking orders for items they can’t deliver and then blaming UberEats to keep the money. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy. Avoid...

The box date had expired and they still sold it to us. So after years we said let's give it another try as everyone is raving about it. All our excitement fell flat. We bought 2lbs, had mixed it with a piece of every kind we could fit in. Other than the MysorePak everything just tasted the same. It was refrigerated to an extent where it tasted not fresh at all. Very disappointed with what we got for the price we paid. My guess is this location does not make the mithai there. They just have a display of 2pcs each outside and then they give you refrigerated cold cold mithai. Not a place to go for...
