Tim Hortons has been my fave place since I visited Canada for the first time. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience last week (Fev, 2020) at the Pearson Airport location. The customer service were great, the only problem was the food served. While I was waiting my BLT Bagel I visually noticed that the food wasn't looking fresh enough to be sold. As this location is pretty far from the international departures I just wondered that the problem was they didn't have enough ppl to sell it and then it should be ok. I consumed the product and as soon as arrived in my destination I started to feel really sick with serious intestinal problems. A blood test confirmed that I consumed food that contained harmful bacteria, causing me a food borne illness. I was lucky I did not feel sick inside the airplane as I couldn't imagine what could happen to me as I got dehydrated in few hours. Because this location is inside an AIRPORT they should take serious acts to make sure their food is fresh to be served. I am really disappointed because now I can not enjoy my stay in my destination as I need to stay at home resting and taking medications. I wish ppl don't get through this...

All youngsters work there, which is fine but they have no training experience, very rude, unprofessional especially a girl name “Arsh” who works at drive through window. She’s always rude, I had bad experience with her multiple times. She treats customers extremely rude. The other day I was paying with my phone app and I was holding my phone towards her and she was looking the other way and she yelled at me like it was my fault and moved her hands so rudely at me. I smiled and said that’s not the way to talk to customers and she got more upset and walked away while I was talking to her. At Tim’s, people need to know that we start our day with their services before going to our work and important places. Read moreAbsolutely horrendous customer service. We went to this location today at 5:44AM and the employee named Bose A was so rude since the moment she flagged us down to order. She was kissing her teeth, rolling her eyes when we were ordering because they didn’t carry the specific items that we wanted and is available at all other Tim Hortons. If you’re going to only offer certain items on the menu, maybe don’t display items you don’t sell??? If you’re having a bad day or hate your job (which is very evident), don’t be taking that out on the customer.
