Do not order from DOMINO'S, especially form this location. I was offered a complimentary medium pizza due to a late delivery I experienced previously. Tonight, I ordered this said pizza and let me tell you, this entire fiasco has been the most ridiculous experience ever. First, the person who took my order was unbelievably rude from the start. I confirmed my order and said that I would like to pay for the delivery and additional dipping sauce fee by my credit card because I did not have any cash on me. I was then hung up on without getting too select the type of dipping sauce I wanted. When the pizza finally arrived, I had my credit card in hand, when I was asked to pay cash for my order. I informed him that I was paying with credit card so he pulled out a debit machine to proceed. Unfortunately the machine was not working so he asked me to E-TRANSFER the money to his personal account. What an absolutely outrageous expectation. He then phoned his manager who also told me over the phone to E-TRANSFER the money to the driver as well...........and If I refused to send the transfer, they would take away my pizza or FORCE the driver to pay my portion of the bill. I asked the manager why the fee would fall on him and she said because it was the drivers error and he is responsible. After much back and forth she then hung up on me. THIS IS NOT THE DRIVERS FAULT IT IS TECHNICAL ERROR. Absolutely ridiculous.This poor gentlemen became very upset and said to me " this is so unfair and not my fault, when I grabbed the machine it was working but for some reason it is not" Every time I order from Domino's I end up receiving a different negative experience. Read moreJust want to share a bad customer service from Dominos. I placed an order# 125 on Monday 17 Aug. Pizza was delivered@ 8:30pm and was missing non-veg toppings on it. Called store for a replacement, Rep advised replacement delivery will be in 20-30. Since i didn't get any call till 9:30 pm. Called the store again, this time another representative who didn't have any concern about the mistake from them and rather providing an ETA of delivery, he wanted a commitment from me in returning the original delivery for quality check and just hung up saying delivery is on the way (By the way my home is just 5 mins drive from Dominos). Finally order was delivered at 9:50pm and the delivery boy left without even a sorry. This time again, you know by looking at the pizza, they have just rushed to make it, whatever, but made another mistake with the crust i ordered. Which was not what i have asked for. I left it at that, coz didn't want to go through the whole experience again and wait for another hour or so. Very rude and bad customer experience this time from Dominos.
Update: After 2 days on me registering complaint, got a call from Dominos local store. Apologized for what happened and said it was a mistake from their end and will make sure this never happen. In fact, they did offer complimentary lava cake for my next order and assured this will be noted in my account. This gesture which i greatly appreciated. So, i ordered another pizza today Order 157 dated 23rd August. But both the cheesy breadsticks delivered were under cooked and soggy, hence we called the store and requested a refund ONLY for the breadsticks which was $12.98. The staff over the phone denied for refund but offered 50% store credit for the next order or redeliver the same item or a small 2- topping pizza. We just requested a refund, upon which the staff asked us to send the picture of the breadsticks on a PERSONAL CELL PHONE #, which was totally inappropriate but still we sent the pictures. The staff told us that they will process a refund at EOD but instead we get a call saying that the store manager will call on Monday to process a refund and yet we haven’t got a call nor a refund confirmation. I am flabbergasted with this treatment that too for $12.98. And honestly it’s not about the refund but the way we were been treated. A total disappointing experience- the food was nasty and the customer service was awful. I wanted to give no stars at all if there was an option.
