An Outstanding Experience Thanks to Samip!

I don’t EVER leave reviews, but I had to make an exception to shout out the incredible service we received at Guac Mexi Grill from Samip, who truly went above and beyond.

My father speaks limited English and has specific dietary restrictions, which can sometimes make ordering difficult. But Samip didn’t hesitate for a second, he patiently explained every menu item, ensured my father understood what each option included, and most importantly, made sure his dietary needs were fully accommodated.

Samip’s kindness, respect, and willingness to take the time made a huge difference in our experience. He didn’t rush us, didn’t get frustrated, and treated my father with genuine care. It meant a lot to us and because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back.

And that’s not to mention the food he cooked for us was absolutely amazing. Every bite was fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care. You can tell he puts pride into his cooking as much as he does his service.

Give this man a raise! Thank you, Samip, for your hospitality. You made Guac Mexi Grill...

I went the 2nd day they opened. The lineup was really long and I was watching people order. They have glass in front of the toppings you can choose but it doesnt go very high and people lean over and look at the stuff and say what they want. People spit when they talk so it's going all over the food.

When I got to the cash to pay, I decided to make it a combo which meant a drink and nacho chips. The guy working cash, I think it was the owner, reached into the bin with his barrel hands at grabbed handful of chips to put into the container. It made me sick to watch and I asked if someone wearing gloves could get me my chips instead. He apologized and got someone wearing gloves to get them.

I had really bad stomach pains after I ate. I'm guessing with his filthy hands digging around in there all day and touching all the chips it didnt matter that someone with gloves got my chips.
