Hero Certified Burgers — Restaurant in Mississauga

I was at this location today. This is my second time going here. I just want to say that two people working here today, an Arab couple who I think own this place were the most terrible people I have encountered in food service ever. This is a fast food place, no one is coming in with really high customer service expectations. People just want to go in, order, eat and leave. I don't think anyone spends more than 10-20 minutes here. But these two individuals made it the most disgusting few minutes. They kept following us around, walking up to our table to tell us off. They kept directly addressing my young kids (ages 11 to 3) to get their knees off the leather benches. They kept telling my kids off. I was trying to hurry and leave as fast as I could. In the end the man started telling me off. I told him everything is clean. My kids did not spill anything, I told him I will wipe the seats before I leave. He said they were getting complaints from head office. I bet they are. With an attitude like that I am not surprised. Forget customer service, these two people are a disgrace to the word human. They were so rude to us. My children were so confused. My 5 year old son asked me mom did we pay that lady? Why is she so upset. Literally I cannot believe they are allowed to own this place. I hope they read this and realize how their disgusting behavior hurts other people. I don't know why. Maybe they hate kids, maybe they hate people of color, who knows, maybe they are just terrible human beings. We will never return here, there are a lot of other hero burgers where you can have your meal in peace....

Our experience with Hero Burger has generally been very good, however there was one instance that overshadowed the rest of them. We called the store at 9:45pm and were told that they closed at 11pm. We reached at around 10:25pm to take out a burger from Hero Burger. However when we tried opening the door, it was locked. There were still workers inside, and one customer finishing up. We knocked on the door, however the workers did not acknowledge us. We went around to the side, and knocked from there, and one person looked up straight at us, but ignored us and looked down, as if we had never existed. It seemed as if they were closing up early because there were no more customers other than the one in the store finishing up their meal, and us around, and they were too ashamed to admit their wrong-doing. There are a few things wrong with this. 1, they should not have told us they were going to be open on the phone if they clearly were not. 2, they should not have closed early in the first place, and 3, an acknowledgement of our presence would have been nice, as well as a kind and apologetic response as to why their restaurant was closing before store hours ended. The workers there should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for acting in such a cowardly and unprofessional demeanour. I hope the owner finds out who was responsible for this...

Terrible location. Food is overpriced and the owners try to scam the customers by offering “special deals”. Terrible restaurant environment and would not recommend eating at this location. Every time I went to Here Certified Burgers, the floor would always be very slippery and there wouldn’t be a wet floor sign and proves that the owners don’t worry about the safety for their customers. The old lady and old man who own the franchise are very rude and uncooperative. They make random rules against the customers in order to make more money because they’re desperate for customers. For example, when I wanted to get a refill for my drink, the lady and man were being very disrespectful and said I have to pay the full price for the drink in order to get a refill. That’s just disappointing. This is by far the worst location and would highly recommend to eat somewhere else. The old grandparents who work there offer customers free fries if they leave a good review on google. They are just so desperate and I would not be surprised if they go out of business as they already have very few customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS HERO CERTIFIED BURGERS!!!!...
