New York Fries Erin Mills Town Centre — Restaurant in Mississauga

This store sells a Poutine product called "Beef Lovers" The description of the product as depicted clearly and very visible with chunks of beef in the picture is "braised beef cooked in its own gravy ....." There is absolutely no beef in this product. When inquired March 28, 2018 at around 6 pm the counter sales person confirmed that there is no beef in this product and it is only gravy. The franchise either should change the description and lower the price of this french fries product coming with gravy and a few chunks of cheese or start complying with the product description on the picture in the storefront board by adding some amount of beef chunks to justify the price. August 24, 2023 went to New York, Fries, in Erin Mills town centre was served by Victoria, Daniela, in Khoa I was absolutely pleasantly surprised with the service. These three young adults gave us great customer service. They were very pleasant and friendly even believe they love their job.

They all three went beyond the call of duty. The customer service was fantastic. It was a real pleasure eating at New York, Fries at Erin Mills town centre with these three employees running the show. They now have a customer for life me and my wife will always come back here for a good customer service. Hopefully it’ll be any one of them still here serving us when we come. Good job everybody.

Unlike many other places and fast food locations where customer service tends to be lacking and the staff can be quiet rude, th se guys are a refreshing exception. Their level of care and compassion towards their customers is truly outstanding. I've been a regular customer at this location for years now and it's evident that they treat you like family. I've never encountered employees at any fast food restaurant as genuinely nice and welcoming as these guys.
