If I could I would give a zero as far as rating is concerned especially for the bad service on the part of the cashier on Nov 13 at around 1-2 pm. they did not have any customers as we were approaching and she had one box with some writing n lettuce n onion packed (no idea when it was packed... single box) I requested that she give me a new fresh one ... I am paying $15 now for that dinner item she started with taht defensive tone and I requested that I would like a fresh box packed in front of me. she explained that due to rush they prepack... there was no rush just one prepackaged box they were standing idle and were not ready to give me a new box... ultimately they gave me that tone and the cashier rudely said to give me a new box... that tone that bad attitude was not acceptable. I told her I do not want to place order with taht attitude it felt like she was doing a huge favor on me by packing me fresh food for which I was paying it was not a charity case. for the owners... please train them. At approximately 7pm, September 12/2023. My family went to Erin Mills Town centre for Jimmy the Greek. While placing our order i noticed a man in the back grilling chicken,had a huge Beard net,picking his ear with his pointing finger,then doubled down and started digging deeper with his baby finger. We placed our order with the lady server,and she started to pack up the boxes. Then as i was hoping didn't happen,it happened!!!! This guy came out of the back,he was speaking with the server in another language in the front of all customers. He picked up our container's and started to put in the salad. I stopped him there,i said " can he wash his hands",the lady server asked me "why,he is the chef ". I responded he just picking his ear" she immediately called me a " liar". I said" check the camera's and you will see ". The audacity to be called a liar for asking a chef to wash his hands after knowing were they where seconds ago. WOW never will visit this restaurant again. BAD HYGIENE, BAD...
