This is not the first time I've been disappointed with Pizza pizza and can honestly say they don't care at all about their customers. Especially this location, numerous times I've had bad experiences, the staff are rude and impolite and don't know how to make pizza but unfortunately it is the only location close to my home so I have to get it from here when I order delivery. The first time I ordered delivery, the pizza was burnt and covered in seasoning and was just horrible. So I messaged head office not expecting any accommodations for my bad experience but to my surprise I got a response with a $15 credit for next time. I decided I'd give pizza pizza and this location another shot. I ordered pick up and drove to this location. The pizza was just horrible, the worst pizza I've ever seen or had, so THICK it was almost BREAD! and because it was so thick it couldnt get cooked properly and the dough was RAW from inside. Me and my bf only ate half a slice each and decided to just throw the whole pizza away, we also got extreme stomach pain. ON TOP OF THAT, the man working was so rude my boyfriend wanted to purchase another dipping sauce and when he asked for one he was questioned and given attitude. The worker bluntly with attitude asked "why, why do u need another sauce??u already have one." Which made my boyfriend extremely uncomfortable like excuse me? We are paying for it, why can't we buy another sauce?...we have never experienced that ever. It was extremely weird, unprofessional and uncomfortable. Needless to say, will NEVER purchase or go to pizza pizza ever again. We have always tried to give pizza pizza a shot but we have just been disappointed too many times that at this point it's not even anything surprising. Pizza pizza needs to stop hiring bad employees who don't know how to do their job, are rude and could care less about customer satisfaction!!...
Read moreUpdate 29/07/2023 I visited this location and order x-large pizza with one topping, and I asked them to have black olives on one half, and the other half just cheese. The photos show how much black olives was used on one half. It's even less than usually used, almost one or two slices barely has any, nevertheless I paid for the topping, which they didn't use. They are trying to save few cents and cut corners by providing low quality pizzas.
Food is standard, well prepared for any pizza pizza location.
The service is really a story. They don't retain employees long enough, and you can see the owner, or the long- standing guy in back, teaching or giving instructions to all other staff, on how to do things, including the front, on how to take the order.
They give bigger priority to orders through appls and on the phone, over walk-in orders.
I had to wait over 90 minutes to get my order, even though I was initially told it's going to take 40 minutes. They totally forgot my order until I inquired about it after 40 minutes, then they realized it was missing.
The same happened one time when they claimed that my order was not printed in the kitchen.
The last episode they did get on order on time, but they messed up the toppings. Because the girl in the front taking the orders appears new on the job.
Part of the fault is on me, since I didn't check the receipt, nor I checked the pizza when it was ready. I had to drive back to the store so they can fix it.
You will mostly not find store today and clean, and tablets and floor need attention, you don't feel like it's a spot for dinning in.
Oh, enough writing, it used to be much better than now, and they know...
Read moreI recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Pizzeria, and I must say it was a culinary disaster of epic proportions. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance screamed "dismal" – dim lighting, peeling wallpaper, and a strange odor that left me questioning the cleanliness.
The menu offered a sad selection of toppings, and the pizza itself was a soggy, tasteless mess. The crust resembled cardboard more than any authentic Italian creation, and I wouldn't be surprised if the cheese was merely a low-budget imposter. The overall lack of flavor left me wondering if they had forgotten to include essential ingredients in the recipe.
The service was equally abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and disheveled, as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order. My pizza arrived after an eternity, and it was lukewarm at best. When I attempted to address my concerns with the manager, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude that only added insult to injury.
To make matters worse, the restroom facilities were in a state of decay, with a broken faucet and a flickering light that added a horror movie vibe to the entire experience. I wouldn't wish this dining catastrophe upon my worst enemy.
In conclusion, SliceFiasco Pizzeria is a place to avoid at all costs. The lackluster food, subpar service, and dismal ambiance make it a contender for the worst pizza joint in town. Save yourself the disappointment and explore other dining options that prioritize quality...
