Basketique — Local services in Mississauga

I was at the mall looking for a place that does engraving, and luckily I came across Basketique. This was the first time I’ve been here and the service was phenomenal!

My family and I were shopping for an engagement gift and was able to get even better than what we had in mind. We can be quite indecisive and also picky, but Fatima and the rest of staff were nothing but friendly, helpful and patient with us. Fatima was extremely knowledgeable and gave us wonderful ideas and examples. They literally had/offered everything… from the gift, right down to the card and wrapping!

I was able to get two custom champagne glasses, and we brought in a bottle of champagne that they were also able to customize… and to top it off, they wrapped it so nicely for us. They went above and beyond expectations!

The store also has a lot of cool and unique customizable items…and the prices are very reasonable. They have ornaments, gift baskets, collectables, kitchen ware and so much more…it is definitely worth checking out, even for yourself. A long with the present, we bought some nice snacks and drink mixes to try….and we already plan to go back for more!

I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, and did not expect to receive the first class experience that I received today. It was by chance I saw an item calling to me while exiting the mall at closing. I was invited in to look at the item as the sales rep, and was told to take my time as my eyes wandered in awe at all the precious one of a kind items in the store. The store was kept open for me and my twin, as we asked questions and found the perfect gift for a most special friend. Not only did I feel like a long time customer, I purchased the one of a kind item, and joined the membership program (which is totally awesome), and the gift was wrapped most beautifully with care, time and patience. If you’re looking for a that special, unique, one of a kind item, with quality service and an unforgettable experience, it’s a no brainer to shop here. Beautiful store with just wonderful things someone can find for anyone on their list. Fatima and her staff are just amazing and I can't thank them enough for the amazing help and service she provided me. I had a wedding to go to last minute and was looking for an engravable box. I found one and she put it aside for me, but, she wanted to check to see if more were coming in. So over the next few days she was checking with her suppliers. Unfortunately, nothing was due to arrive until after the wedding date but she offered another creative suggestion that they could engrave a plaque and install it onto a wooden box even. I thought it was a lovely suggestion and really appreciated the effort. In the end I did go with my original choice but I truly value all the help. She then wrapped the box up just beautifully. Thank you so much Fatima 😍 I highly recommend her store to anyone looking for something for that hard to get someone and I will be back for some treasures I spotted for...
