Hi Yogurt (Mississauga) — Restaurant in Mississauga

Quality is lacking now.. maybe staff are becoming lazy. My favourite drink has been made wrong- always missing ingredients and prepared carelessly. The portion of the mochi in my drink is also noticeably stingy compared with before, and I have ordered this same drink countless times to be able to say this.

Not once, not twice, but three four times now. I’m tired of constantly informing the staff it’s made wrong/missing the same ingredient every time only after realizing too late. It should not be my job to get the drink right, I just want to enjoy it the way it’s meant to be and how I used to before hi yogurt started slipping on drink quality. Disappointed.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, which makes for a welcoming atmosphere. The business- if anything- is really generous. They have lots of fun events and promotions going on- especially during a holiday.

My favourite drink is their baked cold brew yogurt shake + popping oats....

Orders the mango flavour shake. No complaints on the drink. It's delicious!

The only issue I had was with customer service I was the only one there and waited a little over 5 minutes. I noticed my drink was done and sitting on the counter. I asked a staff member to pass me the drink, but they insisted that it was not my drink. So I waited another five minutes or so, and noticed that they were making other drinks for an Uber delivery. So I asked another staff member if my drink was done and they said no again but then two minutes later, packed up the same drink on the counter and gave it to me. I can understand miscommunication happens and it wasn't even the fact that I had to wait 10 minutes with no other customers. I was disappointed that they did not acknowledge their mistake until I pointed it...

Chose this place because of the high rating on Google and it was definitely worth it. There’s so many unique drink options that it was hard to pick. I got the pineapple colada yoghurt because the girl (who was super friendly!) said it was one of their most popular drinks. It was soooo good! They have such a cute and fun aesthetic inside and I like that they give candy and chocolate with the drinks.

I wish they had proper seating but since it wasn’t busy when my friend and I went, we ended up staying and sitting on a small bench. Also just to note, the only parking in the immediate area is metered street parking or paid underground parking because it’s on the ground level of a tall...
