Edit/now new review: I visited today around 9:45 PM, and I'm not sure if the management has changed, but after a year, I have opposite things to say about this place. It was a terrible experience. Firstly, there were no white tortillas available, and then the staff informed me that there was no guacamole. However, it was unnecessary for him to mention that it costs around $1. When I asked for extra hot salsa, the staff member responded in a very unkind manner, saying that they had already added a lot and that there are usually extra charges for it. I have been regular at this location since the past year, no staff member has ever mentioned "additional charges" for extra hot salsa. We have even ordered from Uber and yet staff have been generous to add extra salsa after we mention in note. Adding extra hot salsa shouldn't have been a problem since I didn't even add all 3 sauces on it, which is the max allowed, so why would replacing it with hot salsa be such a big deal? Honestly, it would have been fine if he informed me about any additional charges, but the way how smugly he communicated made me feel as though I was asking for a free meal. It was unprofessional and unnecessary.
Read moreFor me, burrito means Fresh Burrito. I am a regular customer and have been ordering from the same location for a long time. However, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing.
Firstly, I’ve noticed that they are constantly lowering their portion sizes. It seems like they are putting a small portion of filling even in a large-sized burrito, and the bowls are barely half-filled. This is not what I expect from a place I’ve been loyal to for so long.
To make things worse, a staff member who introduced herself as Isha was incredibly uncooperative. She kept changing her statements, saying one thing and doing another, and refused to listen to our requests. I specifically asked for sautéed veggies, which isn’t available on DoorDash, and even paid extra for it—yet I still didn’t receive what I ordered. When I brought it up, instead of fixing the issue, she told me to place another order through Uber Eats, which would have cost me another $50!
Additionally, I had placed an order for falafel but left a note requesting a free substitution with sweet potato, as I have done many times before. She didn’t even acknowledge my note and kept insisting she had already started frying the falafel. On top of that, she tried to force me to take an order I didn’t place.
This kind of service is unacceptable, and it’s frustrating to see a place I used to love decline in both quality and customer service. Fresh Burrito needs to do better, or they’ll start losing loyal...
Read moreJust bought a burrito bowl premium large size and all i got was a bowl of lettauce there is a small scoop of rice and 10 pieces of beans each and 8 piece protien . bought the larger one thinking i can fill up cuz starving to hell . Paid extra for premium large bowl and i am still starving . Every time i used to buy regular size classic and it will be always a lot and i cant eat it in 1 shot . But now feel frustrated felt like robbed on a day light . Never ever in my life ill come back to this location . I even told ghe guy that there is nothing and he told me that rest of the space im gonna fill up with lettauce . I am a guy take care of my body and counting each and every calories and protien . Usually i add couple sauses and stuff and he said u can have only 2 in a bowl . These guys they dont even keep customer satisfaction and the dude is super slow . More over i had to wait for almost 23 min to take my order when there was only 1 person in front of me . Its better go to any other locations . Tfy to avoid this one .
