This place should be easily a 5 star rating. I spend on average $80 -$200 a month here. Unfortunately their service will ensure I will not be visiting again. The service has always been questionable. On the past reviews I would say it's the biggest complaint, however the drinks were good enough just to accept it. Whoever responds to these reviews says that they never have complaints about service but there are multiple complaints from other reviewers. Today I stopped by and ordered a jumbo mango pomello, a large mango coconut aloe and a double mango with tapioca. I got the usually monotone greeting with no smile and just brushed it off. I waited for my drink and the placed it on the front counter. They placed it so close to the edge when I reached for the bag, one drink fell onto their side and I grabbed the bag so the other one wouldn't fall. So no apology and the make clerk asked if I wanted another one. I said yes and he charged me full price (just under 10.00) . I I just laughed and paid because I needed the drink. I spoke to him about leaving the drinks on the edge to get another silent response. Drinks are great. To the owners. YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE ISSUES WITH SERVICE!! A $10 drink will cost you $2-3 dollars to make. If a drink is spilled, no matter who's fault it is before the customer leaves. Make themm another one at no charge. Especially when I spent almost $36 on 3 items. Like I said Drinks are good, service is and has been horrible.
UPDATE**I'M NOT SURPRISED at their response. IT'S THE PERFECT STORE. EVERY SINGLE NEGATIVE REVIEW IS ALWAYS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT . They never admit to anything. Very typical of poor management and poor leadership. First of all let's recap. YOUR STAFF LIED!!! Not once did your staff apologizeor even talk to me. It was again only until I stood there. So if you checked the video right away and decided to respond to the review a month later, then you would see that your staff did not say a single word. YES I WAS ON MY CELL PHONE. you still do not acknowledge that your staff still placed the drink half on the ledge.
Again another Review where customer was very upset, had a Very TERRIBLE experience and you blame your customers! AGAIN SIR/MAM/ THEY, You apparently have the perfect store with perfect employees where you can't do any wrong. Not once have you apologized when customers are upset. Your drinks are good, the service is not worth it. Save your money for a business who cares about their customers and not just $$$$$...

We ordered a bubble tea, a stewed snow pear and a mango chewy ball. There is nothing to say if the mango chewy ball was good. We realized the pearl was undercooked right at the first try but we still tried to eat because we thought that was the only one and things happened, thats ok. Then the second and even third spoon the pearls were still superrrr undercooked. My friend came to let them know then they said that was chewy as it’s called. I tried to explain to them that it was NOT COOKED PROPERLY, not chewy. He tried and even had to spit out the pearl!! I waited about 10mins for him to call his manager but I gotta go cause I needed to drive 2 hours back home. I asked for a refund cause I couldnt pay for the food with 2 spoons trying. After couple times he tried to refund on my debit card but didnt work. He said I would wait for his manager to come to process the refund. But I really needed to go so I asked if possible to refund me in cash. Then he said he could only do $10 cash instead of the full amount which was $11.30 including tax. I never heard “the restaurant could only refund the amount before tax” before even when I and my friend have been working in the restaurants for 5 years now??? I asked for a full refund then he negotiated for $11 later. So where was another $0.30? Then he was angry and slapped the money on the counter and said “I PAY YOU”??? I asked what the problem was with him when he did that to me. Then he pointed out and rudely said “I PAY THE MONEY BACK TO YOU” with his fingers pointed at me???? How ridiculous the service here was! I work in the customer service industry as well and this was UNACCEPTABLE. What is the problem when I dont want to pay for the food is not cooked properly and barely eat??? They have a “too bad so sad and stop wasting my time “ attitude and they have a “customer always wrong” attitude.
Currently in dispute and under investigation with my credit card company.
Refuse (ABSOLUTELY REFUSE) to return there and have made sure to let all my friends, colleagues and family know to not frequent there until they make things right with my matter.

I see you provided me with the store telephone number but you did not provide me contact name, therefore do not know who I am supposed to be speaking with in regards to this matter.
This was INDEED at your Mississauga location on Curran Place where your male staff member was extremely rude, did not provide me his name when asked and extremely uncourteous.
The transaction amount of $32.07 posted on my credit card was on the Friday 3rd of September 2021.

We did a little search according to the transaction date you provided and found out that the order was actually placed through our online ordering system at 18:58 September 3. The size of the drink was chosen by yourself and the Visa card was charged when you placed the order online. You ordered 2 small size and 1 large size. Everything was done automatically and there involved no human error from our end. We will shortly send you the receipt for your reference. There is also a order history on our online ordering page where you could see what you ordered that day.
