Thought I would change things up and give this place a try. Brought my parents for breakfast as well. Place was dead, we were the only customers. Ordered food and coffee along with tea. Server was nice but food service was extremely slow. We had to wait 40-50 minutes for our food and we were the only customers. When our coffee arrived we were not provided with milk, when our food finally arrived we were not provided with any utensils or napkins.. I had to go searching for the server to get these items. One of the items we ordered “original fattoush (my spelling may be off) which indicated that it comes with beef. When the dish arrived there was no beef to be found in this dish. When pointing out to the server they were telling me I was incorrect, after trying to show the server the menu he finally agreed and apologized. Food was lackluster and service was not existent. I’m grateful that the chef came out to apologize about the wait time but nothing was adjusted on our bill even with the extremely slow service and missing ingredient (missing the meat portion of a dish is a big ingredient to miss). Don’t get me wrong, server was very nice, service just really sucked. Would not be going back, would not recommend...

I recently visited KL Lounge with a couple of friends and my younger siblings, and we had a fantastic experience! We tried the chocolate milkshake, avocado milkshake, and lemon mint shisha. Everything was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The staff member who served us was incredibly kind and wore a hijab—she was so sweet and helpful!
