On The Bun Burgers — Restaurant in Mississauga

If I could give it negative stars, I would. The food was ok. Not worth the price.. Nothing amazing. The burger - to-bun ratio was unequal..too much bun..thin burger. and they ONLY ACCEPT CASH! 😐 But most of all, My family and I ate there tonight and are SO unwell! We have jobs in the morning and we are up at 2.30am because our system is out of whack! NEVER AGAIN!! The meat smelled horrible but we assumed maybe it was the sauces etc... nope. It was the meat. Food poisoning is terrible 😣😣😣😣😣.

We ate there at approximately 9.30pm on March 13th, 2018. We ordered the Apple butter burger and the gourmet burger with one poutine and one fries.

I'm not going to get legal or technical whereby I needed to be admitted in the hospital where I would obtain medical documentation. However if my entire family and I are spending the entire night in the bathroom until the morning after eating your burgers, that is something to concerned about.

I feel even worse due to the fact that visiting your establishment was MY decision whereas my family wanted to go elsewhere. So it's one thing to get sick due to food..but the feeling of being the reason for that where it could have been avoided is even worse.

Also the constructive criticism that I can provide is that your meat-to-bun ratio was not up to par. Where the bun is that big, the patty should be a bit more thicker .. it was a mouthful of bun and the patty was almost...

Everything about this place the minute I walked in tonight was fantastic! The customer service from the OWNER was beyond incredible. Very attentive and knowledgeable on his own masterpieces! Working in a fast food place the last 5 years, I’ve never seen this kind of interaction. Although this place is just a one store-business by itself, it’s definitely worth the try. This is absolutely a “hidden gem”. I drove all the way from Scarborough just to try the “Apple Butter Burger.” Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I truly have tried so many burger spots and this one is definitely now on my top 5. I really believe it was also the impeccable service. I was SOLD on everything! The flavours truly had flavour. I also tried the experimental fries. As a ketchup chip lover, the first bite of ketchup spice and then the flavours that came after that exploded in my mouth were brilliant. I ate it within 10 minutes! Truly a memorable experience as we even talked with the owner for at least AN HOUR. Definitely will be coming back, and I recommend it to anyone in the area. The drive is so worth it! I’m not exaggerating. Truly an experience, worth the prices and exceptional service! I’ll be waiting on some new delicious masterpieces;)!...

I went in around lunch time thinking I would get the combo of the day, however this place no longer does that. It's been a while since I last visited so Idk when they stopped doing it. But since I was here anyways I went and bought the masala burger with fries and dined in. The food itself, no complaints. Both fries and burger were perfectly seasoned and well cooked and for the price of around $13.50 with tax (which includes a canned drink) which is comparable to other places, I was satisfied. And from some pictures, it looks small, but the burger was actually filling. I was full with half my basket of fries and the burger and brought the rest of the fries home.

However, I made the wrong call getting the masala burger because although it was a great burger, all it was is well seasoned. I wanted a more unique taste/experience and for that I feel like the Salisbury burger or apple butter burger would've been more in-line with being a unique burger experience. So if you're going, try that instead of the masala burger. I hope they bring back their daily...
