Walked in and was seated right away... but that was the only thing that was good about our experience. We were served by Andrew, who truly seemed like he was above his job and was not even making eye contact with us. He took our order and left. We were served our coffees that came half full and had grounds on the side of my cup. Waiting for our food, we watch Andrew tell a table of 6 elderly people, that had walked in and seated themselves, that they had to get up and wait for a table. They got up started walking to the door and we watched him go grab menus to go get them. To say the least when they hit the door, they kept on walking. He took the menus and threw them back on the counter. With the price of the food there he probably lost the restaurant at least a hundred dollars. He proceeded to make himself look busy, walked around, moved salt and pepper shakers from one table to another. Another waitress brought out our food and i asked if she could take away the onions as the hubby is allergic to them ( meal came with raw purple onions on top). She took a dirty cup from the table beside us, I put the onions in the cup and she put it back on the table...and left it there. The tables were not cleaned and after awhile another waitress started cleaning the dirty dishes away from quite a few tables. Andrew did not. He walked around, walked right by dirty tables, watched the ladies cleaning and delivering dishes. At one point the gentleman behind us called out to him a few times and said his eggs were over done and Andrew proceeded to question him about how he ordered his eggs. He took them back to the kitchen and didn't come back out until new eggs were done but on the way back with the new eggs, he proceeded to stop and talk to a girl. We watched so many people come in and be stopped by him saying they'd have to wait for a table but didn't help clean any off to get the costumers in. At one point a family was seated right after a table was cleared off without it getting wiped down first. If this was my restaurant, he would've been fired on the spot.... save your money everyone, there's other restaurants in...
Read moreTravelling with a few friends, came across this restaurant. Aesthetically inviting so we decided to wait for it to open for breakfast. Restaurant opens at 6 and we arrived to airport at 5. So, we waited an hour for it to open, as we were excited to try this place and have a nice breakfast before our flight. They opened at 6, we were the 2nd guests to sit down. We ordered 3 waters and an orange juice along with 3 classic breakfasts. I have to say the restaurant got busy fast, with about 15 ppl within the first 15 minutes. 6:30 rolls around and we see almost every customer eating. We still haven’t received our food at this point. We received the waters and orange juice. Water tasted a little like chlorine, didn’t get a chance to try the orange juice. At this point we are wondering where our food was and why everyone that arrived after us was eating. We then asked one of the servers if they could check on our food, as it was 30 mins since ordering. Server didn’t seem impressed that we had asked this, but could have just been frustrated since it was pretty busy. I will add the server I did ask was on his A game with his serving. He just didn’t happen to be our server though :( He returned saying it would not be much longer. We waited an additional 5 mins, then decided to leave. What a horrible and dissatisfying experience. To think we waited an hour for the place to even open and sit there 35 mins, and still NO FOOD!!! As we watched everyone else eat and enjoy their breakfast. Don’t waste you time with this place the customer service is beyond ridiculous. Then as I’m writing this review, I notice this place only has a 2.8 rating for how horrible the food is. Looks like we dodged an extra bullet with this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE EXTREMELY...

Summary of this eatery (definitely not worthy of being called a restaurant), the food was both horrible tasting (extremely salty) and expensive. The added bonus I got was raw chicken which the kitchen claimed it was "cooked". A total waste of money!!!
Here's the long version. My dad and I were catching a long haul flight at Pearson, and saw this restaurant which seemed to be offering warm noodle soup and dim sum. I had mentally prepared for the authenticity of the place, however, the food was much worse than expected and was extremely expensive for what it is.
I had gotten the Pad Thai with chicken on the side (an extra $5). I had expected the chicken to be incorporated into the Pad thai, it instead came out as a skewer with 3 pieces (cold on the outside, and pink in the middle refer to photo) - not sure about you guys but that's not what I look for in chicken. I had complained about it, and was brought another skewer, and the waiter saying the kitchen checked the temperature of the chicken and said it was okay (really not sure what broken thermometer they used). On top of the raw chicken, the Pad thai was swimming in soy sauce. It was so salty but I was extremely hungry.
My dad had gotten a beef noodle soup with shrimp wonton noodles. Also very mediocre, but he doesn't complain as much as I do.
The total of the meal came to $60 with tip, NO drinks, just two horribly cooked meals.
Stay far away from this place...
