McDonald's — Restaurant in Mississauga

You'd think eating in you could expect hot fries and fresh food....nope.

I've never seen a grey bigmac before.

This place has gone so far downhill it's an embarrassment. The staff barely speaks to clients and can't seem to spend any time working. Flys are everywhere, the food was served cold. The stools are marked up as if they've never been cleaned, leathers are torn on furniture, the walls have rust stains, the dining room was divided in half and you were restricted from eating in the clean part while the rest was left philthy and uncared for. The drink machine was making awful noises. This place has none of the typical work ethics that McDonald's is known for. Don't order from here, don't go here. Nothing is of the same quality you can expect at any regular mcs.

I was shocked by how poorly the workers managed to do anything at all. Watching a girl sweep in the closed section while the tables clients could access were all covered in garbage and the place smelled like outside food had been cooking..

Corporate needs to fire the staff and bring some more effective and multicultural people here. At this point they seem to be a group of people who don't want to be there. Let them go. Hire more diversity and find kids who care to make sure they provide at least an express version of what McDonald's is known for worldwide.

This is a shame to the brand. Fix it. And until then take it off Uber eats etc because shipping trash to people's homes is...

Worst McDonald's ever. I don't recommend anyone ever going there. This is my second time and the service is extremely horrible. The staffs has bad attitude, are rude and careless. Waited 5min in line to be next when there was no one else around me. I ordered McFlurry with small drink and I waited 20min roughly. When I asked one of the staff when my order will be ready, he just ignored me and kept making orders for other customers. When I asked the manager for my drink, he misunderstood me and blamed me for their screwup. It's like the staffs doesn't care about the customers and doesn't care about their jobs. Head office or corporation needs to investigate and take action by shutting this place down. This is the last time I will ever go there. Anyone who goes their should be extremely careful as it's nothing but a waste of time, bad service and rude employees with...

Went in on Thursday morning at 9:45/10am no one was present explcept the kitchen staff.

I ordered at the kiosk took at seat and waited. More than a few minutes went by the kitchen staff member had let me know the hash browns were just a bout ready .

Next thing I know the manager and the counter staff walked up fron the back deleted my order off the screens and took 5 other people's order . The 5 people were served before the manager even asked if I had ordered, I said yes then she proceeded to make other coffees for seperate orders.

Little to say the worst mcdonalds experience I have had .
