Meltwich Food Co — Restaurant in Mississauga

Decided to give this place a try, only to be disappointed. I walked in and stood looking at the menu. I was standing there for a solid 3 minutes before the guy behind the counter asked me, "Is this your first time here?" They explained the menu to me, and I chose the Philly Cheese Steak on a brioche bun with onion rings and a soda. The brioche bun had to be at least a day old because of the way it crumbled. There was very little cheese, and I found that extremely ironic since it was supposed to be a cheese steak from a place that prides themselves on melted cheese!!! See the photos. It was very plain, tasteless, and processed. The onion rings were greasy and also very plain, and they left a sick feeling in my stomach. This is a true hidden gem. The food is incredible and very flavourful. There is a variety of food choices from basic to extravagant. The atmosphere is very serene and a great place to sit and have a meal. The best of it all was the customer service. Everyone at the restaurant was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They provided great suggestions and were very patient. I would highly recommend this location specifically if you’re looking to have a nice meal. 10/10...

Update: Sent an email 2 months ago. Still no response from the team.

Extremely unethical. I ordered the Thursday special, the lady at the front tried to charge me extra. When i asked her why, she blamed the manager and said the manager hasn’t taught her how to operate the POS properly.
