I used to love this store. Me and my friends would always come here during lunch time because the drinks were really good and they were made really fast. This was back in June. Today i went to get brown sugar milk tea boba with oat milk and tapioca like I usually do and the lady told us that the tapioca would take 30 mins to cook which i was okay with. When the 30 mins passed, we returned to go take our drinks. The tapioca had still not been made and the lady was making drinks of people that came there after us. When the tapioca was made she CONTINUED to make the drinks for the people after us. She gave me and my friend the drinks and then she realized that she forgot to make mine with oat milk (im lactose intolerant) and then asked me if I wanted her to remake it which would’ve probably taken another 15 mins so i said no and just asked for the money that i payed for the oat milk back. when me and my friends left we realized that she had put up a sign that said “20% off for students who buy drinks in September”. I had the pleasure of trying the brown sugar milk tea at this fantastic place, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! If I could give it more than five stars, I definitely would.

The tea itself was of high quality, providing a robust and aromatic base that complemented the brown sugar and milk perfectly. The pearls at the bottom added a delightful chewy texture, making each sip a delightful experience.

The staff at this establishment were also incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure my order was exactly to my liking and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Moreover, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy your tea in peace.

This place looks incredibly new and fresh, the staff were incredibly friendly, gave me a very family-run vibe, but I think this is a franchise, but still pretty awesome. They have a TON of selection, and the gentleman behind the counter I believe was the owner, he was telling me you can customize your toppings however you want, he made it seem like they're very accommodating and they want to give you a pleasant experience.

I ordered the very simple mango smoothie and I was not disappointed at all. I saw them use real mango in the smoothie, along with the other ingredients, and it was absolutely delicious. I drink it so quick and hard, I gave myself one hell of a brain freeze lol. But it's worth and I'm definitely coming back to try the other stuff too.
