I’ve been to the Asian grocery store in this plaza called BTrust many times and saw this restaurant but never been in until I searched for hand pulled noodles on Google and this restaurant popped up. There were some mixed reviews which made me hesitant. But my love for noodles took over. So we decided to try it and form our own opinion.
So glad we went ! When you walk in there’s a gentleman making fresh noodles. So this place has to be good! Modern and clean restaurant.
Service was great, the server explained each item to us and the food came super fast. We decided to get 2 types of noodles soup to share since the bowls are huge for $11.99!! We got the mild sliced noodles with beef and the spicy ramen braised beef noodles. The broth for both soup were amazing, so flavourful. We loved the spicy chilli oil at the table and almost used up the whole jar.
Our conclusion was that we liked the braised beef better than the sliced beef. The braised beef was so tender and the sliced noodles were thick and chewy. The fresh ramen noodles were great as well but we love thick noodles in general as a preference. We also love the spicy broth, it’s not too spicy we had to add more chilli oil.
For the bbq dishes we got the lamb skewers and the spicy squid tentacles. The cumin spices were so flavourful and tasty. Grilled to perfection!
What a nice surprise, so happy we decided to try this place! It’ll be my go to hand pull noodle place to satisfy that craving!! Prices are great for the portion. FYI- they only accept cash or debit no credit cards.
Must try and...
Read moreIf you're craving real-deal Chinese hand-pulled noodles, Noodle Fans is the place to be. From their classic soup noodles to the Sliced Noodle Vegetable and even the succulent BBQ pork feet, every dish is made with skill and care—bringing me right back to my childhood in Shanghai.
The noodles have that perfect chewy, fresh-pulled texture, and the broth is light yet deeply flavorful (a refreshing change from heavier Japanese ramen). The BBQ pork feet are tender and rich, while the vegetable noodles keep things balanced.
What’s even better? The prices are fair, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.
Final Verdict: ✔ Authentic Shanghai flavors – just like childhood memories ✔ Fresh, hand-pulled noodles in every bowl ✔ Great value for the quality ✔ Perfect alternative to heavy ramen
If you love noodles, this spot is a must-try. I’ll be back soon—maybe next time for the dan...
Read moreThe prices are pretty okay, compared to other Asian restaurants the prices are okay. There is no customer service though, the way we got treated was just as if they hired the person yesterday from the middle of nowhere, no smiles or anything no communication. As a restaurant worker you must know to comfort the customer with compassion and genuine acts. Just walking past with an eye won’t get you Any tips, that’s for sure. The food tastes pretty good and that’s why I give it a two star. The noodles do feel home made and are very stretchy and long with a nice taste similar to 中華麺. The beef sandwich I got was absolutely the best, I do not know what sauce they cook that in or how they toast the bread to the perfect crisp but oh man I would get that again for $5. Would maybe come here again, but they just need to step up the...
