So I went to this location today to order the "my box" which comes with either wings or fries. First off they tell me they don't have any more wings or bites. Cool. I called my son to see what he wanted so he said just get it with fries. So I go back in to order the "my box" with the fries. One box came up to 15 and change I asked her why, she said they charge extra for fries. Why? If it's included. I left and called another location.. No such thing. Why did she try to scam me into paying more for something that is included? Why did she think I was foolish enough to just swipe my card like a jackA$$. Then I call to ask to speak to her manager and she trying to tell me she didn't come till Sunday. Today is Tuesday, why a whole week has to pass before a manager comes to the store? I'll never return. If u come here check the prices,they are THIEVES. HEAD OFFICE WILL BE HEARING FROM ME ABOUT This. So an update after speaking to the manager at this location. She tried to convince me it was a computer error made by her and her employee is new and didn't know. I was there 2 days before and that was not the case, she knew exactly how the promotion went because she explained what the options were. How do I even begin? I spend a total of $76.74 on TWO MED BOXES and they still manage to get it wrong. This purchase was placed on January 1st 2023 through uber. One med box was a pepperoni pizza and one was a veggie lover. One box came in with no sealed sticker, very old and stale, and we found a piece of HAIR. This is disgusting, and very gross. Did I also mention that they have us BOTH VEGGIE LOVERS?!
Once I called this place they said they “we can’t do anything about it since it’s on uber” The lady who was on the phone gave me nothing but unhelpful attitude, HORRIBLE RUDE costumer service, and was so unprofessional. Mangers are you aware of this act? Please learn how to mange your foolish employees cause sooner or later you WILL lose costumers. or even better, you guys will shut down if this continues. OH I almost forgot, I told the girl on the phone that she was were giving horrible costumer service and she had the audacity to said “it’s okay.” and as for the manger you should be ASHAMED of this behaviour.

Read moreOrdered take out on Mother's day. After I got home saw a missed call, I called back after 9 mins of missed call. Store rep told me they gave the wrong order and said since they called, they are not responsible for the mistake they made. I was home already, in an underground parking garage with no signals when their call came. I asked for delivery, they put me on hold and later asked to pay $5 for Uber to send me my order. But why should I be punished for their mistake? I asked for refund, they agreed and after asking more probing questions they explained it is store credit. I don't want to order there ever again, asked for refund. I was put on hold again and they agreed to give the money back in 7 days, which hasn't been reverted after 2 weeks. Still waiting!! I asked for name of person and manager on duty, they denied to give name of manager since manager was not there. I was puzzled and asked again for the name which they were reluctant to share.
