***Update June 2021*** Wow...the Honey Lemon Tea is SO freakin' good !!! Perfect on a hot and muggy summer day. ***Update May 2021*** I saw in the news that Canadian actress Shay Mitchell was back in her home town of Mississauga and she visited a I Heart Boba location on her Instagram. I dropped in today to pick a few drinks here and grab lunch. ***Update April 1st 2021*** I have returned today to pick up: 1) Home Coffee, 2) Thai Tea, 3) Green Tea flavours. They were all delicious and satisfying. All instructions were followed perfectly. Very nice indeed. I called in my order on the phone and everything was packed up and waiting for me when I arrived. Service is attentive and efficient. I will be back again. This is a bases clearing triple into the right field gap !!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My review strictly pertains to their Cream Tea and Ice Teas. So basically the beverages are what my experience is with. I was not aware that they even serve food here because this was my first visit. I stumbled upon them as I was getting curb side pickup at the Canadian Tire. Then I noticed this tiny shop next to the Cigar shop. I could not make out what shop it was. So I hopped out of my car to check it out and lo and behold....it is a Bubble Tea place !!! I was pleasantly surprised because they have slipped under my radar. It is around noon, they just opened. I went in and ordered 3 drinks ( to get a proper sample ). The service as quick and efficient. You can order online and pick up. This is probably a good option during COVID because the location is TINY. I think that they can only allow 1 customer inside at any given time really. But hey, I am here for the Tea and not the location right? I tried the "Cream" tea both in the for of Coconut Cream with Pineapple Jelly, a Chai Tea Cream Tea with pineapple jelly and a Classic Lemon Iced Tea. I chose the green tea foundation for all three drinks ( less caffeine ). I also chose 50% less sugar and 50% less ice. I am impressed with the flavour of the Cream Tea and the texture in my mouth. This is really delicious. In my mind, " The Alley" is the Gold standard. But this version leaves me very happy and satisfied. *** I would recommend as little ice or zero ice because if you add any of the side toppings. Then it will be difficult to finish and enjoy the toppings because of the "Ice Jam" inside the drink" *** I will return because it is like a hidden gem for me and I can recommend this to my fellow Bubble Tea aficionados because the price is similar to what is out there. The service was quick and pleasant.

UPDATED: They have an outdoor speaker now! Room for 2 "groups" at a time. Still great bubble tea! Good bubble tea, conveniently located, with typical prices. Menu is extensive and clearly marked. It's a tiny noisy location with room for 5 people (2 people max right now with COVID) to step inside. Visited at around 5pm on a weekday and they were very busy. They recommend ordering ahead. Shields were up, and everybody working there in the super cramped environment was following the COVID rules and masked up. They also offer Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches. Lots of parking in the mall lot. I would have given them a 4 but because you order and then have to go outside into the weather, you don't know when your order is ready so you keep having to check. If they can fix that then they're a solid 4.

Boba. Bubble. Pearl. Whatever you call it, this place has it and it's fantastic! Mango slush is just the right mix of sweet and fruit and ice. My go-to has always been the Green Apple Green Tea - since back in the days of Pacific Mall's "cheap" DVDs and video games - and this makes the perfect mix of sweet, tart and tea. Tapioca was the perfect consistency sand or temperatute (not hot, which happens elsewhere and turn the iced drink into alike warm disappointment, but not here). The service was fast and cheery and, most importantly, clean with good social distancing, all of which we need so much in these times of mental, social and health concerns. If you're in Peel, you no longer need to travel to Pacific Mall, or Commerce Gate or Spadina - I Heart Boba; and you will too.

Wow...the Honey Lemon Tea is SO freakin' good !!! Perfect on a hot and muggy summer day.

Update May 2021

I saw in the news that Canadian actress Shay Mitchell was back in her home town of Mississauga and she visited a I Heart Boba location on her Instagram.

Update April 1st 2021

I have returned today to pick up: 1) Home Coffee, 2) Thai Tea, 3) Green Tea flavours.

They were all delicious and satisfying. All instructions were followed perfectly. Very nice indeed. I called in my order on the phone and everything was packed up and waiting for me when I arrived. Service is attentive and efficient.

I will be back again. This is a bases clearing triple into the right field gap !!! My review strictly pertains to their Cream Tea and Ice Teas. So basically the beverages are what my experience is with. I was not aware that they even serve food here because this was my first visit.

Giving this place a 1 star mainly because of the rude customer we received.

We were the very first customer and ordered Avocado smoothie and Pina Colada smoothie. The cashier at that time is a male Asian (2 Asian girls were making the drinks).

When we received the order they were giving us a Taro smoothie rather than Avocado smoothie. We noticed that and approached the cashier before to tell him that they were giving us a wrong order. The guy didn't apologised for what happened and instead rudely took the smoothie. He also waited for other customers to come before serving us, until we noticed that the servers were deliberately taking in and making otherwise orders first (5 people in total) before serving us. We complained for the type of service and rudeness that we received as in the first place, it wasn't our fault that our orders where entered wrong.

From a first time customer perspective, this incident left a very bad taste in our mouth. In the end we even doubted whether they served us the avocado smoothie the way it should be because it tasted creamier than we are expecting it to be and the avocado tasted so little.

We don't wish other customers to experience the rudeness that we received. Hopefully with this feedback the management will try to take customer service seriously and hire Frontline people who are respectful and kind to their clients.

Price-wise, they are more expensive than going Starbucks / Orange Julius / Chat time / Alley. The flavor that they offer are mostly fruity rather than the usual Asian flavored bubble teas. If you got used to going to places like The Alley and Chat Time and are expecting to have the similar flavored milk tea selection, this is not the place for you.

We encourage other people to first go to other bubble tea places / coffee shop / restaurants first before going to this place if you want to avoid that kind of service. You have other different bunch of options to look around first because it is located to a plaza where you have other...

I did a door dash order for a few drinks because I had a few guests over and they only sent me a partial order. They gave me a refund and told me some of the drinks were sold out. Why not grey out items from the menui that are sold out or call the customer and ask if they would like a replacement drink? This is the protocol normally followed by other establishments.

I was disappointed because I had to figure out an alternate plan for the drinks.

I gave them a second chance and ordered drinks one of which was the Boba Cream Tea and it was flavorless. I ordered them without ice and the drinks were packed with ice. Also the toppings were given to us in a separate cup which ruined the whole experience.

The point of choosing the toppings is so you could have it together with your drink. If the toppings could not fit the drink they should have a max number of toppings that can be selected. Also had they ommited the ice like I originally wanted, I'm sure most of the toppings could have fit.

While the tapioca was flavorless, the mango jelly and pudding was quite good. But that's still not enough to keep me as a customer, from now on I'm going to stick to my regular spot...
