Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Mississauga

Only 2 customers me and another gentleman that had walked in with me. 2 employees behind the service table. The male employee ask the man in front of me for his order. But the lady decided it was a perfect time to mop the back floor and clean the oven. I stepped up to the cash register so I could be directly in her line of site...which I was anyway. She then asked me if I wanted to order. And told me to go over to the sandwich side of the table. I ordered a spicy chicken sub. The chicken was literally freezer burnt. The taste of the chicken tasted like it's been in a freezer for months. I'm sorry but I have never had low quality sub from Mr sub like I had today. If I wanted low quality I would have...

I went to Mr. Sub with my husband. The advertisement showed everything filled with meat. The boy in the picture I posted—his behavior was so bad. He put so little meat, and when I asked, 'That's it?' he just said 'Yes' and smiled like those deceitful people who know they’re doing something wrong but still act innocent.

Even my husband said that at other locations, it’s not like this. But still, that boy didn’t fix the issue. The girl working with him was nice; she was preparing everything with perfect quality for everyone.

I live across the street and go here quite often. I have to admit, I used to be a Subway over Mr. Sub person, but since I moved to Meadowvale, both are within the same distance and I choose this Mr. Sub every time. The staff are super friendly and patient every time I come in. I always get the meal with a pickle spear side and I know people don't get that combo often but they are always happy to get out the pickle and slice it for me and they always taste great.
