Cashier was unfriendly and sitting down. No greeting, just looked at us and said “Yes?” And input my order incorrectly (I ordered a Lazeez Special Wrap, she gave me chicken). She didn’t repeat my items back to me so I had no idea she had put it in incorrectly. No “thank you” after paying.

Had to wait for it to be remade, in the meantime the other item went cold. We were then given the items and the other cold item was wrong (made on the sticks with extra garlic when we ordered on the rocks, no extra garlic). Wrap was soggy.

They then told me I would have to pay for a new wrap even though it was their mistake, and tried to tell me that I had not ordered what I thought I had ordered, which was untrue. I don’t like to be called a liar, especially when you simply failed to hire a functional cashier. The staff then refused to remake the soggy wrap when I informed them.

One of the women making the food was chatting to her family and playing with her children between orders. I waited nearly 30 minutes for two items only for both to be incorrect and of poor quality. And the wrap was STILL made incorrectly with the wrong ingredients.

The only reason I even give the atmosphere two stars instead of one is that the tables were clean. Unfortunately the floor is still sticky and clearly the place is not being maintained.

Hire a new cashier. In fact, maybe hire brand new staff that actually care to be there. I won’t be back here, even if you do.

A note to anyone reading this: order something that comes in a container, not a wrap, so that you can open it and double check that they didn’t screw...

One of the worst location of Lazeez Shawarma. People please if you want to come here please go to Creditview and Britannia Branch as those know how to make shawarma. These guys clearly told me that quantity of meat is less we believe as the owner instructed us to do so. Despite paying extra for extra meat still you will get even below than standard portion. Here it is the management of Lazeez Shawarma that they should check the quantity and quality of each of their franchise location on regular intervals (if they are even doing it) as ultimately it will ruin the LAZEEZ reputation. I love eating from Creditview & Britannia location and to be very honest never felt this complaint with OSMOS to whichever location you visit. I came all the way from Milton and always go to main branch as specified above as had complaints with Argentia branch. Their Tenth Line location was good but lately that also became garbage. Only Creditview branch is good. Lazeez management you should seriously have to place check and balance towards quality and quantity. On every visit an average person spend $30-50 if we are just eating Lettuce against this money, this is not fair. Once again PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION as clearly the staff told clearly that they are following the instruction of owner and offered me refill (FREE) which I declined as I can afford to pay why should I accept charity, at least give people which they have paid for.
