I usually go to the same subway branch from 1 year and the staff is good But today, the subway artist was really rude and highly incompetent! First me and my sister asked her for two veggie subs and in between making our order she started working on the next customer instead of attending us, second, the cheese was not even at the cheese station and she was roaming around with the subs. Thirdly, she was making a vegetarian sub for us and in between she went on to put a pause to our order and make the next persons chicken salad! Then when she finally came to make our sub ; my sister asked her to add few more olives as it was a footlong sub and she had added 4-5 olives and she replies rudely “u want extra? Standard is only 6 olives” thats rude! After that once she was done making my sisters sub she goes to check her out whereas we had told her 2 subs and we were literally together! Then i had to tell her again to make my sub and she used the same gloves she used on the checkout screen to make my sub. And the subs were so dry she did not even add the sauces properly; like who has an issue adding sauces at subway? Thats horrible! She could have made both subs together instead of wasting our time and in between catering the people who came after So disappointed She made me lose the love i had for this branch Subway please work on your staff! I always been Subway's customer and never experience that bad customer service. Quality of Subway preperations is so much compromised at this location. They always trying to save on ingredients and spoiling Subway's image. I order food on line when reached home no instructions have been followed in preparation and when I called back to resolve it but staff member says that they can't do any thing and manager would not talk. They wont listen to their customers request or complaint. I ordered my usual meatball foot-long sub, only to discover a sharp, pointy piece of black plastic embedded and sticking up in my sandwich. I only noticed after biting into the side of the plastic, but had I bit it a different way, it would’ve 101% pierced my upper gum. Mind the abundance of toppings, but take note of my bite marks on the side and the position I found it in. I returned to the store looking for answers, but the least I got from them was a refund after presenting it and offerings that I didn’t accept.
