Fantastic experience and I will be back, a lot! I came by to check out the restaurant as I like to go out for lunch when I'm in my Mississauga office. The other reviews spoke about good service and fresh, tasty food. I walked in to a clean resatuarant and was immediately greeted by the staff. I saw a sign for a "Burrito of the day" and decided to go with that (Tuesday is grilled chicken). Ordered and watched them make it, everything looked delicious and fresh, I paid and they finished grilling my burrito and wrapped it up. The staff member went to hand my my burrito in a bag and accidentally dropped it! He quickly picked up the bag, changed his gloves, and went to check my food. He noticed the burrito was split. He asked me to wait just a moment, and I assumed he was just going to wrap a second tortilla around it, but instead he REMADE my entire order. I was dealing with a work issue on the phone before I realized what he was doing - I would have been fine with a second tortilla around my burrito. When i told him I felt bad about wasting food, he threw the first burrito in with my second one because he agreed, he didn't want to throw it away. I visited this Quesada which was recently took over by new management , wanted to try out what has been improved. I was amazed by the service which have been provided by the ground staff. Usually I have to struggle to get my extra Sauces and salsa on my burrito bowl wherever I go. However, at this store that’s not the case. First time I have ever seen people are keen to make your meal the way you like not the other way around and that to an most efficient way (Everything was super fresh). I liked when they took time for me to explain what are their new promotions. Truly recommend this place over any other Mexican chain. Trust me being Mexican food lover it’s not the Franchises which make our meal delicious specially the way you want it to be, it’s all about the people who make it for you. That’s a bingo for me.
