I recently visited Rajdhani at this particular location with my family, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. Having dined at other Rajdhani outlets in the past, I’ve always appreciated the brand’s commitment to quality food and attentive service. However, this visit fell significantly short of expectations.
The most concerning issue was the lack of proper air conditioning. The dining area was excessively hot, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal—especially during peak summer temperatures. With Rajdhani’s thali experience being a leisurely one, the stifling heat made it almost unbearable, particularly when dining with family.
To add to the discomfort, the salad served was not fresh. This was quite surprising given Rajdhani’s usual standards. When even the most basic items lack freshness, it raises serious concerns about kitchen quality control and food handling practices.
What was even more disappointing was the management’s lack of response to these issues. Despite clear discomfort among multiple customers, no attempt was made to rectify the situation or offer any explanation. There was a noticeable absence of leadership or concern, which further affected our overall experience.
That said, the serving staff themselves remained polite, attentive, and courteous. Their professionalism deserves recognition and was the only positive aspect of our visit.
It’s unfortunate that this location did not uphold the standards that Rajdhani is known for. During a summer visit, one looks forward to enjoying a hearty meal in a cool, comfortable environment with family—but that expectation was not met here. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve the air conditioning, food quality, and overall...
Read moreMy visit to this establishment was marred by an experience that I can only describe as appalling, specifically due to the unprofessionalism displayed by one of the staff members. The atmosphere upon entering already felt unwelcoming, but it was the service that truly stood out—in a negative way.
I had called ahead to place an order and was expecting a smooth pickup process. However, when I arrived and asked for my item, the girl responsible for distributing prepared orders responded in an incredibly rude manner. Instead of handing over my order courteously, she threw it onto the counter. This kind of action is not just a breach of basic customer service etiquette; it reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete absence of any managerial staff to whom I could report the issue. I looked around for someone who could address my concerns, but to no avail. This left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.
Given this experience, I find it impossible to give this establishment anything other than a zero-star rating for service. It’s evident that there is a severe lack of training and oversight when it comes to customer interactions, and it casts a shadow over any positive aspects the place might have.
I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment until they take the necessary steps to improve their customer service. As it stands, the risk of encountering such poor treatment far outweighs any convenience or quality the place...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant with my husband, eager to enjoy some Indian cuisine. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We ordered two vegetarian thalis, expecting a fresh and flavorful meal, but the service and food quality were deeply disappointing.
To begin with, the service was unacceptable. The waitstaff, particularly two young women, displayed a complete lack of professionalism. They were rude, unwelcoming, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Their attitude made the dining experience uncomfortable, as they seemed indifferent to our needs and questions.
The food itself was equally subpar. It was evident that the dishes were not freshly prepared but rather made from canned ingredients, which severely affected the taste and quality. Several of the items had a strong, unpleasant smell, indicating that they were either not properly cooked or not fresh. The naan bread we were served resembled papad in texture—thin and brittle, which is far from the soft, warm bread one expects when ordering naan.
What is most concerning is that the poorly prepared food had a negative impact on my husband’s health. This further proves the lack of care taken in food preparation and hygiene at this establishment.
Overall, the combination of rude service, bad food quality, and a lack of attention to customer well-being leaves me with no choice but to give this restaurant a very low rating. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a decent...
