Starbucks (YYZ T1 Gate D42 Domestic) — Restaurant in Mississauga

Disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. While the cappuccino with soya milk was satisfactory, the egg cheddar cheese sausage sandwich left much to be desired. The sandwich had an odd taste and texture, almost as if it had a plastic-like quality, which was quite off-putting. As a regular Starbucks customer, I had higher expectations for the quality of their breakfast offerings. While the coffee met the usual standard, the subpar sandwich left me feeling underwhelmed. Total 4 people working. One person making drink , one on the counter and two is chatting at the back. Only two people in front of me and take so long. After a long wait now is my turn. Standing in front of the cashier and looking at her talking to co-worker in their language for few mins. Have eye’s contact with them but they ignore me. Very poor quality service! We were rudely told that the place closes in 10 mins and were forced to select something right away! And the item we ordered at 60% Ice and only small percentage of pineapple drink! All the chunks of pineapple/passionfruit were inaccessible under that huge amount of ice! Starbucks should review it's procedures for making their products which they openely take proud of! Such shameful tactics for selling...
