Worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. I had a scheduled appointment and I called on the phone in advance so they could prepare my order ahead of time and have it ready by the time I arrived. The person I spoke with on the phone sounded very confused when I said I wanted to place an order. I repeated and clarified that I wanted to place an order for pickup in 5 minutes, at which point they asked what I wanted. I told them my order. The guy said, "ok bye" and hung up without asking me my what my name was. I thought it was strange but I figured that they could figure out it was me if I told them my drink order when I got there.
However, when I arrived, the cashier had no clue what I was talking about. He said there wasn't an order placed in their system so he just entered the order in as if I was a walk-in customer. No mention of trying to find out who messed up on their end, or who failed to actually enter the order, or even as simple as finding out who picked up the phone call several minutes ago. I mean, come on, it's not like your phone is ringing off the hook! So I proceed to wait for my order but the barista took so long to process each order (there were already people ahead of me waiting for their drinks).
All in all, it took around 10-15 minutes to get out the door, even though there was only a couple of people ahead of me. (It shouldn't be taking 5 minutes to make each drink!!) Thankfully I wasn't late to my appointment because I had a buffer, but if it was someone in a rush and was banking on an in-and-out transaction, this would have made them late. Would rate them 0 stars if it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood and Atmosphere score are a 3, but the service: a 2. The reason I'm giving this location a 2 is because this is the second time that the staff serve me a tall drink (the only size I ever get) halfway to 3/4 of the way full. I complained the first time and the manager had me come back and get a second beverage. But this time I was in a rush and had no time to wait another few minutes until it was made. Although it was a different member of staff who poured this not-so-full drink, I think it annoys me more to have them think it's okay to do that. If anyone can distinguish between a full cup and one that's not, it's them. A tall beverage (caramel macchiato without the caramel drizzle) was a bit over 6$...for the amount I got, I should have paid 4$ and not a penny more. Needless to say, I'm going to stop going to this location because it's unacceptable to serve somewhat 3/4 full cups to your...
