I was at Starbucks at terminal 1 and I ordered two caramel Frappuccino with a shot of espresso. I had to pay $22.49 for these two tall size drinks.
When I had my first sip of my drink, I realized that the barista did not add espresso. I know cause I only drink espresso. I even checked my order printed on the cup and I did not see espresso on my drink label.
So, I went back and spoke to a lady that made our drinks and said, “I’m sorry but you forgot to add espresso to both my drinks”. Her response, “No, I added it”. So, I asked, I checked the label on my cup and it didn’t say espresso on it. Can you please double check? And she refused to redo my drinks correctly.
I understand there will be errors and people make mistakes. It’s no big deal for me as long as they replace. I have been to other Starbucks where my drink was made incorrectly and the barista would replace or rectify right away. But this one was very rude and basically told me that there is espresso in my drinks and me not tasting it is my problem not her 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from the staff Rupinder during my visit. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking, to say the least. I don’t expect to be spoken to in such a rude and dismissive manner, especially when I'm a paying customer.
It’s quite surprising that Starbucks allows such behavior to go unchecked. I’d strongly suggest that you address this issue immediately. It’s not difficult to treat customers with respect, and I expect better from any establishment that values its clientele.
