I donât usually write reviews. But this is genuinely the worst Starbucks I have EVER been to.
The woman at the cash was so RUDE. I asked for strawberry puree added to my matcha. She gave me such a dirty look and said â Strawberry?! Are you sure??â â your job is to just take my order. Not judge me đ She also asked if I wanted strawberry syrup and I said sure , whatever you have. and she said â well we donât have thatâ ⌠then why would you ask me?
Then the guy making my matcha had no idea how Starbucks make the matcha.
The colour was White not green at all and there were massive lumps of powder floating on top. I asked for it to be remade and he made it worse đ. He blamed it on the syrup changing the colour. But thatâs not true as Iâve had this same drink regularly for years. It is green.
I ordered a spinach feta wrap and it was half frozen in the middle. And falling apart. âŚ. Starbucks literally has a timer on their oven, how is it still frozen??
I work a service job. I know what it is like dealing with a rush. But the store was empty, there were 7+ people working and ALL of them seemed to be struggling/ not trained. I donât know if it is sheer laziness, lack of respect for paying customers, or lack of training.
Just very...
Read moreJust before my flight, I stopped by this Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised. It wasnât busy, which made for a calm, stress-free experience, especially appreciated in an airport setting. There was plenty of seating available, making it a great spot to relax or get a bit of work done before boarding.
The service was excellent. The barista who helped me was genuinely kind, friendly, and efficient, small gestures that made a big difference. I ordered a classic latte, which was just as smooth and consistent as Iâve come to expect from Starbucks. I also tried the ham and Swiss baguette, and it was surprisingly delicious, fresh, warm, and satisfying.
If youâre passing through Pearson and craving a reliable coffee or a quick bite, I definitely recommend this location. They also have a nice selection of Starbucks merchandise on display, including mugs and tumblers, perfect if youâre looking for a last-minute gift...
Read moreCaptive customer base = we don't care. First off, the coffee was basically dish water. Old, stale, weak. If it's coffee you're after in Terminal 3, hit the Timmies down on the Arrivals level before you go through security. Down side is you have to drink it first. Prepped food from packages as is SB standard. Asked for no ice in my cold drink (I don't drink them quickly). "We can't do that. Have to have some ice." đ Ok, just very light ice then, please. "We'll try" What the heck does that mean? Drink was decent but still an inch of ice in my Grande. đ Granted, it's 4am. I know it's a crappy shift so I made sure to be friendly and not an entitled b*h. Woman at the cash was just deadpan and definitely not a SB employee. Gotta be an airport staffer. All of this is a "first world problem" but if you're craving a SB, don't expect the same quality you get outside...
