Been coming here over 3 years & I can’t believe the rude & disrespectful manager at this location. I am indeed what you want to call a picky customer & like my sandwich to be prepared a certain way. After 3 years & still coming, I’d say I’m satisfied by now. An incident occurred today where one of my coldcut meat dropped on the floor & the lady making the sandwich just grabbed another complete different piece of meat to replace the one that fell. I tried to ask her to change it to the correct one but the language barrier didn’t allow her to understand me so I left it alone. I walked around to show her the piece of meat that fell on the ground & just to show them which one fell. I was fine to continue with preparing the sandwich that was already coming out of the toaster but the manager got involved & immediately started started saying that “each time I come in, I complain”. Not the case or else I’m sure he wouldn’t be serving someone who complained every time for over 3 years. He took this situation & just went against me, not understanding the issue & just calling out rude comments to me. The girl working there did not even use one full scoop of protein as per the headoffice measurements. my extra protein consisted of 2 HALF scoops of chicken. The owner of the store was around and i asked the girl if this is double protein and she said yes and then she looked at the owner. This location and 5019 Spectrum Way Unit 5A, Mississauga, ON L4W 5B3 are under same ownership and they do not serve portion of protein as per the headoffice even when you are willing to pay for it. Never going here and will lodge a complaint to the headoffice for both the locations. Read moreThe store confirmed my online purchase for dine-in, but when I got there 15 minutes later, I've been told that they were missing half of the ingredients and would have to cancel it and place a new order choosing based on what they had left.
Nobody bothered to call to let me know or cancel it until then so I wouldn't lose time getting there. Once I arrived, nobody apologized at all; instead, they made pathetic excuses and acted rudely, saying that there was a line right up until I got there and they didn't have time to update the stock (even if there was only one customer and three staff).
All of the products are still available on the website an hour later (when I'm writing the review), and nothing has been updated, so anyone might place an order and find themselves in the same frustrating situation.
