I went to this Subway restaurant last night at about 10 pm (it closes at 11 pm on Saturdays) to get some food. When I walked in, the only staff member I saw was a woman. Since this is only the third time I have bought in Subway, I do not quite know the names of many of the foods and steps of buying foods. When I asked the staff(the lady) about the discount(coupon) in a friendly way, she was very impatient and rude, which made me feel upset and angry. I was not familiar with how to use coupons and she refused to help me! So I left Subway immediately without buying any food. I do not think I should trust Subway anymore and encourage you guys not to buy food at this store because you might be so disgusted by her bad behavior that you would not pay...

Dropped in to grab a quick bite for lunch. Walked in and saw staff just sitting on the couches.. I waited till she was done to serve me. She was in a hurry to just cash me out, where she dint actually take the full order and my toppings first she made me pay first. I asked for Guac and almost got yelled at that it’s extra. Which is fine if you followed procedures I would have had no issues paying. I dint say anything, I just continued without it. Then next person that walked in was also treated in a similar way.
