Don't be fooled by the size of this place, its the REAL DEAL for some beautifully hand crafted drinks made with passion and experience only parallel with the experience I had in coffee shops in Argentina. They still treat coffee, drinks and food with the respect and professionalism that puts Starbucks and any of those places to shame. My girlfriend and I came back here 3 times after I discovered It and every time we were met with a warm and familiar welcome as if we were going there for 20 years. Seating is very limited inside unfortunately however there is seating outside also. very nice décor inside reminiscent of a little coffee shop in Milan or Palermo(in Argentina).

The peach(if I remember correctly) marmalade croissant was so soft and flakey along with the sweet but thicker jam was to die for! I loved the selection of spritzers, non-alcoholic aperitifs and imported sodas. The americano I ordered was almost velvety smooth with every sip that made you just sit and savor every bit of it. The art was well done even though I'm usually impartial to the whipped(?) art on top of coffees it does look visually appealing. I also ordered the Nutella americano and wow was that good! The frappuccino/ice coffee option was amazing and when hungover and you have a flight to catch is a real life saver!!

I definitely recommend visiting this little...

Lovely small ‘caffetteria’, with an air of a diner decor, the Italian strength in flavors and friendly, welcoming staff. Inspired in the 90’s.

They sell sandwiches, pastries, all kinds of coffees and beverages. They also sell products such as their own merchandise like t-shirt and their own coffee beans. They also import things like: Estathé, limonatto, Chocolate, H2O, Chupachups, etc. This place is beautiful for the retro fanatics, for photography, for a coffee break, to go with friends, etc. The coffee latte was amazing and the sandwich was amazing. It was a little spicy but not too much.

The only observation for us remote workers here it’s not encouraged to use your laptop, it’s a coffee meant to be enjoyed with a friend or alone but to stay that time, not to work in your computer like other coffees make the ambiance to do.

I recommend this coffee bar for a nice plan with a friend when we want to go somewhere...

After we ordered a non americano and a latte , I asked for extra hot water cause my gf wanted to add more water to her coffee. First I got denied the water but when I asked why they just gave it to me. We were seated at our table minding our own business and all of the sudden the barista came to our table and took away my gfs coffee without asking. Then he brought back 6$ refund to the table and an espresso arguing that in his coffee shop we can’t add water to his coffee. It was a very unpleasant situation. Then he kept running his mouth trying to justify himself about what he just did but honestly we just laughed about him. We’re definitely not going back to his coffee shop which also has tons of flies going around while you drink coffee. I understand Italians live in their own world of coffee fantasies but for freak sakes, let me drink the coffee the way I want. I paid for it so just chill we’re...

QUALITY Italian caffè near McGill producing some of the best coffee I've had in Montreal! First off the logo, name, and vibe of the place instantly transports you back to 1970s Sicily with a Moka pot in your hand. Secondly, the staff are super friendly and are masters in the art of super efficient service (lines move quickly). Lastly, the coffee and food offerings are both unique as well as high quality - not many other places that I've been to in Canada offer Granita, brioscia, and focaccia all under one roof. The granita latte is a must-try - it's reminiscent of a Tim's Iced Cap but with Sicilian sophistication & class. In terms of food, you really can't go wrong with any of the choices whether savory or sweet. I also like that they serve a glass of San Pellegrino with your espresso just like in Italy. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend you make a stop here for your daily coffee fix if you're in Montreal.
