Introduction second horrible experience in a row. my friend is a handicap lady who lives 4 minutes away from Boulangerie. She loves cheesecake she always tells me to buy it from this shop

Price (which is not cheap) they charge 7$ and 5 cents for a piece of cheesecake. The issue number 1 this is the second time I run into the same issue, the cheesecake is melted and it's hardly holding together, it's liquidy.

The issue number 2 (reason why I'm writing this) when the sick lady (costomer) called to report the issue, The customer service who answered her from the shop started telling her " if you don't have the receipt we can not help you" now I know that what she is saying is logic It was my fault for trusting them and not grabbing my receipt when I paid. I even left 4 dollars tips. Thankfully the the employee agreed to make an exception and accept to issue a refund. she did that fast when she heard me through the phone speaker talking with high voice inturapting the call i said " how am I supposed to know its a gamble everytime i buy from them if its bad food or good"

the end I went to the shop and I was issued a refund easily. the bottom line is, when a customer is handicap, she is having the food delivered to her by a helper ( in this case its me ) and the helper doesn't grab the receipt because he feels safe buying at this shop and paying with visa ( which gives me extended warranty on any purchase) You dont talk to the sick people like this or at least that will not be the first step towards fixing an issue ( your issue selling bad food) first stap will not be blaming the handicap lady for not...

In general this is the most fresh/decent bakery in CDN based on having lived here a few months. Bread is good, shop looks great and very welcoming! Plus they have charcuterie and many other products. The problem is the staff sometimes;

This past weekend, I went to buy bread. Normally you wait in line and then stand in front of the counter until someone helps you. However, this time they had some bread that was already packaged, so you just grab it in front of the counter and go to the payment counter. Thus, no employee helped me: I just picked the prepackaged bread and was ready to pay at the cashier. They have 3 payment counters - I put my bread on the most left counter, waiting for an employee to come and help me so I could pay. There was no one else at the cashier at that time. Suddenly, this blonde girl working there came to that same cash register with the products that another customer was buying, and she just pushed aside my bread and didn't even look at me nor kindly told me to use another cash register. I couldn't believe my eyes! You think it's normal to literally push away a customer's product, to not even look at them and to not help them in any way? I have never experienced that rudeness to be honest and will for sure address this next time. I guess customers have to help employees here, and not vice versa.

On a positive note, there are some other employees that have been friendly, but this is a real pain point in...

The best bakery and the best bakery franchise location in Montreal. Première Moisson was the first bakery that I tried when I first visited Montreal and I fell in love with the bakery instantly and I have never looked back since. Time and time again it has proven to me that I have made the right choice to have Première Moisson as my favourite bakery. This bakery location is the best. The staff is always polite and accommodating and their products are always fresh due to the very high sales volume. And their products are to die for, the best Tiramisu I have ever tasted. Good to the last lady finger! This store is always busy no matter what time you visit them and yet they still go out of their way to accommodate you. One time I placed an online order at this store location too late for a cake for a special occasion and I put in my comments asking if we can pick it up one day earlier than the earliest available pickup date. The next day I received a phone call personally from the manager confirming that there is no problem and they made it fresh for us just on that day. I ordered my wedding cakes from them as well and they were a major hit with our guests and they were the talk of our family for years afterwards. They don't just make great pastries and cakes in this store; they make great experience and memories as well that stays with you. Really proud to have them...

The staff was very rude and didn’t tie the ribbon around my cake box properly, causing me to drop it. I got a cake for a birthday and when I got to the cash, I asked for a plastic bag. I was told there were only reusable plastics bags. I asked the employee if I could see the bag and make sure it would fit the cake box (she just showed it to be a few seconds), she told me rudely that she assured me it would fit. I then decided not to get a bag (I already have enough of those) and asked her to tie a ribbon around the box (there was none). Right in front of me, she complained about me to her colleague. I didn’t say anything, I didn’t feel like making a fuss. Then, at home, when I grabbed the cake box out of the fridge, the ribbon was loose and untied itself and the box fell. The ribbon wasn’t even tied properly! The whole top of the cake was ruined. I had to go out somewhere else to get another cake. Will not be coming back.

If you're looking for a perfect pairing to start your day, this combination of espresso and almond croissant is a dream come true. The espresso is rich, bold, and beautifully balanced, offering that satisfying kick of energy with its velvety crema and robust aroma. The almond croissant, on the other hand, is pure indulgence. Flaky, buttery layers on the outside, with a heavenly almond filling that is just the right amount of sweet. The toasted almond slices on top add a delightful crunch that complements the soft, rich interior. Together, they create a moment of bliss – the strong, aromatic espresso balancing perfectly with the sweetness and texture of the croissant. Highly recommended for coffee and pastry lovers!
