We ordered a sandwich, a hotdog, 4 rum and coke and 2 beers. When I asked for the check, the bartender lady, who was the only one working on a fairly busy Saturday morning, showed me someone else's check. She had every single customers' orders on one little page of an old notebook.I reminded her that she DID NOT include our drinks. The bill she showed me was about $20. Then she showed me another section of the page which said we had 4 beers + the other things we ordered. I told her we didn't order 4 beers. Her demeanor changed and accused me of lying in front of other customers, "playing with her head" was what she said. My wife also came up to the bar and told her we didn't have 4 beers. I pointed out that if I wanted to pay less why would I even remind her about the 6 drinks she forgot to include. She was still accusing me of lying and repeating I was not a good person and changed me 2 beers less. The final check came out to be $59.xx. We were gonna tip her well because we felt bad that she was busy and working there alone BUT after she said "I'm not gonna be rich with one beer", I paid $60. She made another rude remark about me as we were walking out. We still can't believe...
Read moreI called Saturday 2:00 PM to reserve a table for 4 for the PSG - Bayern game on Sunday at 3:00 PM.
The man on the phone (Bruno?) told me to show up at 2:00 PM on Sunday in order to get my table available.
Since the place is only 1 block away I dropped by within 20 minutes to show my face and confirm I would be there the next day with my friends.
I had to stay at the door since I had forgotten my mask but I confirmed with the man and the woman behind the bar that I was the one who had just called.
The man confirmed: come Sunday at 2:00 PM.
He didn't ask for my name or phone number.
Sunday I showed up at 1:30 PM.
The same man (or someone who looks pretty much like him behind the friggin COVID 19 mask) told me there was no seats or tables available, that I had not made any reservations, and that he wasn't the one who had talked to me over the phone or seen me at the door the day before.

Read moreI initially wanted to watch the Sweden vs England world cup at Bishop and Baggs but they were already full by 8:30am so had to quickly find somewhere else to go too. I did a quick google search and this place came up.
I was really impressed with this place, they had lots of screens, breakfast options (even though they usually don't), and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.
Ordered some coffee, chocolate milk, croissants with ham and cheese, a grilled cheese with ham, and they had a panneton cake as an option for dessert otherwise they had Nutella for toast or croissants.
Will definitely come back to see the England vs Belgium match this...
