I ate lunch here today, the poutine was very good but the cashier behind the counter was everything but helpful. I asked him a simple question; “ What’s the meat used in the merguez? “. And he replied “ It is not meat, it’s merguez. “ So already I was a bit baffled but I asked again more specifically “ Yeah but which animals meat is used to make the merguez “ and the guy tells me “ i dont know how to explain it to you, its merguez “. He said it with a condescending attitude as if I was asking a stupid question.

So I just went ahead and ordered it and ate it anyways because I didn’t want to deal with how little this guy knows about the menu but I am not allowed to eat beef and traditionally merguez is made with either lamb or beef so please for the love of god inform your staff about what meat is used to make the dishes and also teach them how to speak with clients respectfully instead of having an attitude. I visited this establishment and was very disappointed with the experience. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in making my visit a pleasant one. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my time there. On top of that, the hygiene of the place was really poor. The floors were dirty and sticky, and the tables were covered in crumbs and stains. I couldn't even bring myself to eat the food, as I was concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen and the ingredients used in the dishes. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff clearly need to work on their customer service skills, and the management needs to take a serious look at the cleanliness of the establishment if they want to retain...

Good service is an understatement! Impeccable service is still not enough! The gentlemen were smiling and welcoming and they really make some delicious and comforting food!!! Might of been on a date with a gorgeous lady and let me just say she enjoyed it just as much as I did.

P.S. I did forget to take the Canada Dry from the order since the drop dead gorgeous lady with whom I was with, was outside and I just wanted to be our as quickly as possible! The gentlemen saw this and when I ordered an additional poutine, they already had it ready!!!!!! I literally ordered and left 2mins later! 1.5 mins was me deciding which poutine and they made a MiraKarl happen! YAY! TO BOTH GUYS WORKING THE EVENING...
