Crèmerie Meu Meu — Restaurant in Montreal

We all really loved this ice cream shop!.. mostly because it's rare that we all get ice cream together... thanks to the fact they serve all types of 🍦 with lactose non lactose vegan custerd options!... the exterior yellow makes this place hard to miss and gives it a inviting feel!... plus the yellow makes a great background for pictures while everyone enjoys their treats!... location is great on st.denis... parking up and down available... staff were amazing and super friendly.. really have to shout them out because this made the experience even better... ice cream good.. good staff made it great.. Merci merci tout la gang!.. vegan strawberry 🍓🍓 was the bomb... and everyone lo over their other flavours too!.. will make this a must on our trips to Montreal...

We made it just in time to this lovely, quaint shop (as part of our 6 in ice cream stops in 1 day end of season tour) and thank the ice cream gods we did. Subtle and simple in appearance the treats served here are anything but. A very passionate proprieter will present you your choice with a full description of ingredients and quality of his incredible product made with love. All natural, top bottom, gluten free and vegan, the sorbets have the consistency of frozen spring snow ( like the maple taffe at la cabane à sucre!) almost slushy and so fresh. As is the chocolate - so luscious, thick and creamy - a very deep, rich chocolate flavoured silky custard. All of this had us yelling...

As I was enjoying a nice stroll on this warm evening, I got a craving for something that was both sweet and refreshing. While looking around, I noticed the long lineup in front of Crèmerie Meu Meu and decided to try it.

I opted for a chocolate « soyashake » which is basically a milkshake with soy instead of dairy and it was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S !

The taste of chocolate was quite powerful without being too much, I could easily taste the soy under it and it wasn’t overly sweet -just enough! It was both creamy and light, very refreshing! Being a non-dairy option, it was slightly more expensive but totally worth it in my opinion. I will come back many times...
