Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

I Cannot believe how poor Domino's pizza customer service is, a major pizza company and they dont even have a decent phone line for clients issues. Called them, voicemail. Sent an email, they request to wait 3 to 4 business days. Are you serious?! I have been a loyal customer for so long and today i got my points wiped off by their system because I was trying to use the GFCRUST Code and when I went to check-out or refreshed something happened and I lost all my points and the price doubled. I called you 2 times no one answers, only voicemail and then I called the store at 1175 rue de leglise, verdun, the gentleman says he is just a franchisee and that he cannot help me, he seemed in a rush and said to contact head office and to wait 24 hours (more like 3 to 4 days). Really? You have a hungry customer who is interested in buying your product and thats all you can do? This was probably just an employee, an owner would have seeked resolution and accommodation but that takes a bigger mind. What kind of company are you, selling food and offering deals and not being able to take care of your customers before 24 hours? In 24 hours I will not be able to use the monday 50 off coupon either. It is absolutely shocking and terrible. Not feeling like recommending your company anymore...

I was reluctant to order from Domino's because I remember the pizza being not so awesome as a kid but since they're open late we decided to order the Deep Dish/Pan Pizza hoping it would be similar to Pizza Hut.

It was worth it!! The pan pizzas are amazing, the prices are super reasonable, and they came very quickly, like within 20 minutes of placing my order. Plus, if you order online you can see the progress as the pizza is prepared and then goes into the oven, and then out for delivery so you can literally track the pizza from the minute you order to the minute you get it - so cool!

Word of advice, order the pan pizzas WELL DONE. Also the garlic and jalapeno cheddar dipping sauces are super delicous and the staff at this location are great too.

I used to buy there almost all the time and since I'm an evening student I eat really late and the pizzeria is always opened till 1 AM. But since last week apparently, clients aren't allowed to pick up after 11PM for "security reasons" which I used to do all the time and the only thing you can do is delivery which is way too overpriced for a few streets away. So I won't be ordering from there for now on. No solution was offered for this situation. Just a way for them to make extra money.

Edit: Now their prices have gone up. I used to pay 12$ for 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and now the price is 15$. Yup never buying there again.
