I had recently ordered from this Harvey's, at Cremazie - where we had 2 missing items and 2 other items that were not done correctly.
We even called Harvey's on the day of the issue, on November 22, however, they did not pick up the call.
After reaching out to Harvey's customer service, the representative advised us to reach out to Ubereats because she claimed she would not be able to assist us, hence, we got in contact with Ubereats, however they kept declining our refund - even though we had provided them with proof of what we were missing and showed them picture of what we received and highlighted the items we were missing on the receipt.
I sent an email to the establishment mentioning this issue - however, apparently today after speaking to Sandra, she informed that this Harvey's is the one refusing to give back my money.
Essentially what they are stating is that it is okay to rob us off of our money while not giving us the items that we ordered. Are we not entitled to a refund because they feel so? This is not acceptable! We have tried to be civilized and reached out on all platforms and followed the instructions to accommodate the restaurants mistake, but to only be accused and told we're not eligible for our refund is degrading.
I have further escalated this matter and expect a resolution to occur immediately.
Just for further information, It has already reached 7 days since the initial complaint was made and request for the refund was demanded. We notice that ubereats and Harveys representatives are prolonging this matter, with no intentions of solving...
Read moreWent to get supper for my kids after passing the day at the hospital. Ordered them each a meal to go and my boyfriend 2 woppers for 6$. We get our bags and go to the car, my girls open their bag and we have only one meal. I go back in and the manager with the bull nose ring told me she put the burger in the bag her self and insists it was there. But my child DOES NOT have her meal! I go get the bill because now she's saying she didn't charge it and I bring it in as proof that I ordered 4 burgers and paid for it. And that's when my boyfriend steps in the girl is saying that the burger with no tomatoes is in the bag because she put it there and admits that she didn't check the bag before giving it to us.. but knows for sure the she put the one with no tomatoes but none of them where with tomatoes seeing none of us like tomatoes... so I paid for a meal that I didn't get and when she finally printed her self a copy of the same bill I had, she saw she made a mistake and instead of admiting it and apologizing. She just said fine I'll make it for you but that's when we had enough of arguing and her additude so we left... my boyfriend gave his burgers to the kids to eat and we went home... how ever I paid for that meal and had every right to it... and I shouldnt have to fight for food I paid for for my...
Read moreI hadn’t been to Harvey’s in years, but I found myself near the location at 255 Crémazie Ouest and figured I’d give it another try. It’s right off the highway service road, making it very easy to access. The parking lot isn’t huge, but there was ample space when I arrived, and I had no trouble finding a spot.
Inside, half the dining area was closed, but with only a handful of diners, this wasn’t a problem. I wasn’t very hungry, so I went with just a double original burger. The cashier was polite and fast, but I have to flag a concern: he handled cash from two customers before me, then put one glove on (just one) and started prepping my burger without washing his hands. He didn’t touch my food with the ungloved hand, and I was watching carefully, but still—not an ideal practice.
That said, let’s talk taste: the burger was excellent. Topped with the works, it was flavourful, fresh, and far from boring. Despite the small hiccup, I left satisfied and would definitely consider returning for a...
